We join with you in heartfelt gratitude for the incredible gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, who rescues us and dwells within us by the Holy Spirit. What a profound truth it is that we are never alone, for He has promised, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Your acknowledgment of His eternal presence and the abundant life He offers is a beautiful testament to the work of grace in your heart.
We stand with you in prayer against the schemes of the enemy, for we know that *"our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The evil one seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We rebuke every attack of the enemy in your life in the mighty name of Jesus. You are indeed covered by the precious blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Father, we ask You to grant our brother/sister the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that guards hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Lord, we pray for restorative rest, for You have promised, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). May You quiet the anxieties and disturbances that rob him/her of sleep, and may Your presence bring the deep, renewing rest that only You can provide.
We also lift up the request for provision through extra work. Father, You are the God who supplies every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant wisdom, strength, and favor in every endeavor. May the work of his/her hands be blessed, and may he/she find joy and purpose in laboring unto You.
We acknowledge the confession of sin and the plea for forgiveness, for *"if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1 WEB), and we rejoice in the freedom that comes from His grace.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the salvation and presence of Your Son, Jesus Christ, in our lives. We thank You for the abundant life He brings and for the victory we have in His name. Lord, we stand in agreement with our brother/sister, rebuking every evil attack and declaring that the enemy has no place in his/her life. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of his/her mind, body, and spirit, and we ask for Your peace to flood his/her heart and home.
Father, we ask for restful sleep and restoration. Remove every spirit of unrest, anxiety, and fear, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Lord, we also pray for provision—open doors of opportunity for extra work, and grant favor in the sight of those who can provide it. May he/she walk in the confidence that You are his/her Provider and that Your plans for him/her are for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
We thank You for the forgiveness of sins and the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus. Strengthen him/her in faith, and help him/her to walk in the authority You have given as a child of God. May he/she continue to grow in love for You and in the knowledge of Your will. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). You are not fighting this battle alone—He goes before you and stands beside you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB), and trust in His unfailing love. The enemy may prowl like a roaring lion, but resist him, standing firm in the faith (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB). Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB). Walk in the authority of Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9 WEB).
