We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for His endless mercy and the gift of another day to serve Him. Your heart of gratitude is a beautiful offering before the Lord, and we rejoice with you in acknowledging His faithfulness. It is right to give Him praise in all things, for He alone is worthy.
We hear the urgency in your cry for deliverance, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus against the evil attacks you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but our God is greater, and He has already triumphed over every power of darkness through Christ. The Scriptures remind us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* You have done well to rebuke these attacks in Jesus’ name, for there is power in His name to break every chain. As it is written in Philippians 2:10-11, *"that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."*
Yet we must also remind you that while spiritual warfare is real, our focus must remain on Christ, not the enemy. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Clothe yourself daily in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and let the Word of Christ dwell richly in you (Colossians 3:16). The enemy fears a believer who is grounded in Scripture and prayer, so continue to study the Bible with diligence, even when distractions arise. Psalm 119:105 declares, *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."* Let it guide you and strengthen you in these moments.
We also lift up your request for financial provision and additional work. Our Father knows your needs before you ask (Matthew 6:8), and He is faithful to provide. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Trust in His timing, and continue to seek Him first in all things. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
As for the torment you describe, we urge you to cast all your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this battle—Jesus is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). If the attacks persist, examine your heart and life for any unconfessed sin or areas where the enemy may have a foothold. Repentance and surrender to God’s will are powerful weapons against the schemes of the devil. As 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 declares, *"The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."*
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your love and faithfulness. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and for the privilege of calling upon Your name in times of need. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under fierce spiritual attack. We stand in agreement with them, rebuking every evil force that seeks to harm, distract, or torment them. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these attacks to cease and for every demonic influence to flee. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and guard their mind and heart in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over them as they study Your Word. Let Your truth be a shield and a sword against the lies of the enemy. Strengthen them in their faith, and let them find rest in Your presence. You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also bring before You their financial needs. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. Open doors of opportunity for additional work, and provide for them according to Your riches in glory. Let them experience Your provision in ways that bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we ask for freedom from torment and for a deep sense of Your peace to flood their soul. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, and oppression, and let them walk in the liberty that Christ has purchased for them. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37).
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If the attacks continue, seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and encourage you. There is power in corporate prayer (Matthew 18:20). You are not alone—we are standing with you in this battle. Be encouraged, for the victory is already won in Christ!
