We are truly sorry to hear about your grandmother's condition, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement during this difficult time.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing this matter before Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and find comfort and hope in times like these. Jesus said in John 14:13 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."
Regarding your grandmother's health, we pray that God's will be done in her life and that He may grant her peace and comfort during this time. As believers, we know that even in the face of death, we have hope in Christ. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 WEB: "But we don't want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don't grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."
We also want to address the financial burden and increased responsibilities that your family may face. We pray that God will provide for your family's needs and give you all strength and wisdom to manage the new responsibilities. Remember the words of Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And also Matthew 6:31-33 WEB: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to find comfort in God's word and in the community of believers during this time. Do not hesitate to reach out to your local church or other Christian believers for support and prayer. As it is written in Galatians 6:2 WEB: "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." And Jesus said in John 15:12 WEB: "This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister/brother and their family during this difficult time. We pray for Your will to be done in their grandmother's life and that You may grant her peace and comfort. We also pray for Your provision and strength for the family as they take on new responsibilities. Help them to cast their anxieties on You and to seek Your kingdom above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to keep you and your family in our prayers, trusting that God will work all things together for good, as it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
