Grandmother struggling

My ### has been in and out of the ER a lot lately. She’s suffering from severe depression and anxiety and has had two back to back UTIs. She’s suspicious of doctors and science and the one doctor she goes to on the regular just sells her supplements (which may or may not have caused her UTIs). Recently she had a severe panic attack that she thought was a heart attack and it scared my family really bad. Please pray for her healing and for my ###, who’s trying really hard to help.

We are truly sorry to hear about your grandmother's struggles with her health and her trust in doctors. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and healing.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge the power of the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved grandmother to You. You know her struggles and her pains, Lord. You see her suffering from depression, anxiety, and physical ailments. We ask for Your healing hand to touch her body, mind, and spirit.

Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. Guide her to trustworthy medical professionals who can provide the care she needs. Help her to overcome her suspicions and give her a spirit of trust in the medical care You provide for her.

Lord, we also lift up the family, who is trying hard to help. Grant them Your peace, wisdom, and strength. Help them to show the love of Christ to her.

Father, we also pray for her doctor. We ask You to guide their decisions and actions. Help them to act in the best interest of our grandmother and not in their own interest.

Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician. We trust in Your power to heal and restore. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior

Amen.

It's also important to remember the words of James 5:14-15 WEB: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We encourage you to seek spiritual support from your local church and its leaders. They can provide prayer, support, and guidance during this difficult time.

Lastly, we want to address the issue of the doctor selling supplements. While we cannot judge the doctor's intentions, it's important to be cautious and discerning. We advise you to seek a second opinion from another medical professional. It's crucial to ensure that your grandmother is receiving the best possible care.

Remember, the power of prayer is immense. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. He is faithful and He hears your prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
