Remember Abrahams wife....she was over 90 years old and God gave her youth and it was so powerful that she was fit/young enough to give birth to a child after that....what God can do for Sara he can do for your Grandmother....look up the scripture and show it to your Grandmother it will strengthen your/her faith!
