Grandma's Having Surgery

My 96 year old Grandma will be having surgery this Friday. She fell several weeks ago and broke her wrist. It's not healing properly and continues to give her pain. If they do nothing, she will not have any use of her hand. I pray she has a successful surgery and a strong recovery. Thank you.

Loving God - first I praise You for the 96 years this woman has had on this earth! What a blessing to live such a long and full life.

Please go with her this Friday and watch over her during her surgery. You who created her, guide and direct the surgeons in the successful repair of her wrist. I pray this procedure would bring complete healing, and be complication free. Give this woman Your deep peace and calm as she prepares for the operation. Thank You also for this granddaughter and her loving concern for her grandmother. May You bless this family with a beautiful Christmas as we celebrate the birth of Your Son. In Jesus' name, amen.
