We hear your burden and we join with you in bringing your grandma and your own weariness before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We are moved by your love for your grandma and we understand how heavy it feels to watch someone you love struggle with high blood pressure while you yourself feel burnt out and too tired to carry on.
We want to remind you that our God is merciful and compassionate and He hears our cries for healing. Who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We serve a God who is able to do miracles, and who also works through the wisdom He has given to doctors and medicine, so we encourage you to ensure your grandma continues to receive proper medical care while we trust the Lord as the ultimate healer. Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15.
We also hear your own cry, that you are burnt out and too tired, and we want to lift you up as well. The Lord does not want you to carry this alone. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We encourage you to bring both your grandma and your exhaustion to Him in honest prayer, to rest when you can, to share your burden with trusted believers, and to not neglect your own health and sleep as you care for her.
We noticed you cried out to the Lord and to God for mercy, and we want to gently encourage you about the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name in your prayers, for He is our mediator and our healer.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we ask for Your mercy to be poured out on this dear grandma. You know her body, You know her heart, You know the high blood pressure that afflicts her. We ask that You would touch her with Your healing hand, that You would bring her blood pressure into a healthy balance, strengthen her heart and vessels, and grant her peace and comfort. We ask for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers and for Your perfect will to be done in her life. We also lift up this precious grandchild who is burnt out and weary. Lord, wrap them in Your rest, renew their strength, carry their burden, and remind them that You are near to those who are tired and heavy laden. Guard their heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer, amen.

Your weary and burdened prayer for your grandmother has been heard, and I thank you for bringing it before the Lord and before His people. To be burnt out and too tired to pray as you would wish is itself a trial the Lord understands, for He knows our frame and remembers that we are dust, and He does not despise the sigh that can scarcely form itself into words.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found together in His hand. His blood speaks better things than any other voice, and it pleads for mercy before the throne of God. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and even a touch of His hand brings life and coolness to the fevered frame. All healing, whether of soul or of body, flows from that great conduit Head, from whom abundant streams of mercy flow down to men below.
Let us pray together for you and for your dear grandmother.
O Lord our God, have mercy. Thou seest this beloved grandmother afflicted with high blood pressure and in need of Thy healing touch. Lay Thy hand upon her, we beseech Thee. Calm her body, steady her heart, and grant wisdom to those who care for her. If it be Thy will, restore her to health and strength, for with Thee nothing is impossible. And Lord, look upon this weary one who cries for her. Thou hast said, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Give rest to this tired heart. Lift the burden of burnout, renew strength, and let this soul feel the healing that comes by being near to Christ, whose leaves do not wither. Use the means He has provided, seek the help of the physician as you seek the Great Physician, and trust that the Lord who has begun a good work will perfect it till that day when He shall perfectly heal both soul and body and we shall be without spot or wrinkle.
