We hear your heart, brother, and we stand with you in lifting up your wife before the Lord. It is beautiful to see a husband interceding for his wife, and we join you in praying for God’s grace to rest upon her. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 4:10, "As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms." May your wife be a faithful steward of the gifts God has given her, and may this opportunity be a door that He has prepared for her.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We ask that You would pour out Your grace upon this dear sister as she awaits news from her interview. Lord, You know the desires of her heart, and we trust that You are working all things together for her good, as it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." We pray that if this job is Your will for her, You would open the door wide and confirm it with peace and favor. If it is not, we ask that You close it gently and lead her to the path You have prepared.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for both of you as you navigate this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May you both lean on Him completely, knowing that He cares for you and will provide according to His riches in glory.
We encourage you to continue covering your wife in prayer, speaking life and truth over her, and reminding her of God’s faithfulness. This is a time to stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is her provider. Philippians 4:19 declares, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Hold fast to this promise, and may your marriage be strengthened as you trust God together.
