Grace to Work Smart (John 15:5)

[Intercessor]

Lord Jesus, I confess that apart from You I can do nothing (John 15:5). I ask for the faith to work smarter & harder. Before I was saved I could do it on my own, but since I have become a believer, I know that that it is from Your Fullness I receive one blessing after another (John 1:16) -- even daily bread comes from You or Jesus would not have instructed us to request it (Matt 6:10).

Help me not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let my requests be made known to You (Phil 4:6). I thank you for grace to work smart and hard, and I cry out like the blind man for wisdom and strength to do both. May the peace of God guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Phil 4:7). Help me take courage and work (Haggai 2:4), in Jesus' Name.
