Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have been continuing to lift you before the throne of grace, asking for that grace to draw near with confidence through Jesus our sympathetic High Priest who was tempted in all points as we are yet without sin, Heb 4:15, so that you may receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need, Heb 4:16. We have prayed for the comfort of the God of all comfort in your affliction, 2 Cor 1:3, that He would comfort you and then use that comfort to comfort others, 2 Cor 1:4, and for endurance when you feel unable to bear what you are being taught, that you would not trust in yourself but in God who raises the dead, 2 Cor 1:8, 2 Cor 1:9. We have prayed that your suffering would be counted for future glory, Rom 8:18, and that even as it has been granted to believe in Christ it is also granted to suffer for His sake, Phil 1:29.
We have also stood with you for your matrimonial covenant and the heartbreak you shared, for your pastors and all prayer partners and their families and church families, asking that He would give His angels charge over you, Ps 91:11, and keep you under His covering, Ps 91:9, Ps 91:10. We have asked that He sanctify you in the truth for His word is truth, John 17:17, that you would clearly hear His voice as His sheep, John 10:27, and be led by the Holy Spirit as children of God, Rom 8:14, and obey even when it is difficult and costly, Gen 22:17, 2 Sam 24:24. We have prayed that He keep you from sin and temptation and deliver you from evil and the evil one, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, John 17:15, 2 Thess 3:3, and keep deception and lies far from you, Prov 30:8.
We also continue to pray that your trials would draw you and your loved ones close to Him in prayer, James 5:13, that you would worship like Paul and Silas even in trial, Acts 16:25, that you would read and treasure His word in your heart, Ps 119:11, with understanding, Luke 24:45, and be a doer of the word, James 1:22, and that your fasting would be the fast He has chosen, not a trumpet blast but a confession of utter inability and weakness, that His strength would be made perfect in weakness, 2 Cor 12:9, to loose bonds and restore righteous dwellings and covenantal relationships, Isa 58:6.
We pray in Jesus Name that He would grant you all of this and keep you in His perfect peace and that you would know His nearness more and more.
If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
