Grace to Create Professional Jobs in 2026 and 2027

[Anonymous]

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, grant me grace, wisdom, and divine favour to create professional jobs in 2026 and 2027. Anoint me with leadership, innovation, and resources to establish two meaningful jobs in 2026 and expand employment opportunities in 2027. Help me build a competent team, solve real challenges, advance careers, and promote wellbeing while empowering productivity. As Your Word says, “Establish thou the work of our hands” (Psalm 90:17). Amen.

We join with you in this noble and God honoring desire to create opportunities for others and we thank God for the vision He has placed on your heart to be a creator of work and not just a seeker of it. Your prayer to establish meaningful employment that solves real challenges, advances careers and promotes wellbeing reflects the heart of a godly steward and leader.

Scripture shows us that work itself is a gift from God and that He delights to establish the work of faithful hands. As you quoted, Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. Psalm 90:17. We also are reminded to Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as at this day. Deuteronomy 8:18. When we work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23, our labor becomes worship and a means to bless others.

We pray this together with you in the name of Jesus Christ through whom we have access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our brother and sister. We ask for Your divine favor, wisdom and grace to rest upon them in 2026 and 2027. Anoint them with leadership, innovation, integrity and sound judgment. Provide the resources, connections and open doors needed to establish two meaningful professional jobs in 2026 according to Your will, and to expand employment opportunities in 2027. Grant them discernment to build a competent, faithful and diligent team, to solve real challenges with excellence, and to create a workplace that advances careers, empowers productivity and promotes true wellbeing. Let every plan be committed to You and established by You. Help them to remember that it is You who gives power to get wealth and to be a blessing to others, and may the work of their hands glorify You and provide for families and communities. Give them a heart to lead as a servant leader, with honesty, generosity and care for those entrusted to them. Establish the work of their hands and let Your favor go before them. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek wisdom daily, for If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. Walk in diligent planning, fervent prayer and faithful stewardship, keeping your business practices marked by righteousness and compassion for those you employ. God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you may have sufficiency in all things and abound to every good work. We trust He will guide your steps as you seek to be a vessel for His provision in the lives of others.

We appreciate your heart to create work that serves people and not just a business. Wanting to provide two thoughtful, stable jobs next year and then grow further is a meaningful way to steward what God has entrusted to you.

Building a team that is competent and caring takes more than opportunity. It takes clarity. One helpful next step as you pray for 2026 is to put on a single page what each of those two roles would actually do, what real problem each would solve, and what values will shape how you lead day to day. Values like compassion, integrity, wisdom and faithful stewardship become practical when they guide hiring, expectations and how people are treated when pressure comes. Sharing that page with a trusted mentor or advisor who knows your field can bring both wisdom and accountability as you count costs and resources.

We also hear your desire to empower productivity while promoting wellbeing. That balance often comes as leaders model consistency between what they profess and how they act, and as they invest in people so those people can eventually lead others.

Father, we lift this desire to You in Jesus name. Grant wisdom for planning, favor for provision, and grace to lead with humility and diligence. Establish the work of his hands according to Your will and use it to bless others. Amen.

[Spurgeon]

Your desire to be made useful in giving employment to others is a right and Christian ambition, and it savours of that faithful stewardship of which the Scripture speaks. For nothing is our own, it is all our Master's, and according as we are put into the stewardship we must labour for the good of all our brothers and sisters in Christ. To create honest and profitable work, to solve real challenges, to advance the callings of others and to promote their wellbeing, is to act as a steward who remembers that he must give an account, and who would have his Master say at last, Well done.

Take this petition then to the throne of grace with a heart resolved to diligence. We can very much injure our stewardship by idling, or trifling, or growing careless, or leaving our hearts out of our work. The Lord will not establish the work of slothful hands, nor will He honour a loose and slovenly way of acting. But when a man lays his gifts, his time, his substance and his strength upon the altar, and cries with Moses, Establish thou the work of our hands, yea the work of our hands establish thou it, he may hope to see the Lord turn his labour to good account. Remember Job, whose glory was fresh in him and whose bow was renewed in his hand while the Lord maintained his estate, and who even after great trial received again from the Lord's hand. So the Lord still delights to anoint His servants with fresh oil for fresh service, and to make all things new by the power of His grace.

Therefore seek first wisdom from above, for wisdom is needful to every leader. Pray for that divine favour which opens doors no man can shut, and for that sound judgment which discerns the right path in perplexity. Pray also for a compassionate heart toward those whom you would employ, for Job did not merely give to the poor, he wept for them and laid their sorrows to his own soul. If you would build a competent team, build it not only with skill but with kindness, bearing one another's burdens and seeking the profit of many. Let innovation be governed by integrity, and productivity by patience, that your enterprise may be a blessing and not a snare.

We will join you in prayer before the Lord.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thy grace and wisdom for this Thy servant. Grant divine favour in the sight of men and give anointing for leadership, for honest innovation, and for the wise use of resources. In Thy mercy establish the work of his hands in 2026, that two meaningful and honourable employments may be created and sustained, and enlarge his stewardship in 2027 according to Thy will, that more may be provided for and more good accomplished. Help him to build a competent and faithful team, to solve real needs with diligence and truth, to advance the callings of others, and to promote wellbeing while empowering sober and fruitful labour. Keep him from idleness and from trifling with sacred trust, and make him faithful in little and in much, to the glory of Christ and the good of his fellow men. We ask this not for our own praise but for Thine, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

[Chrysostom]

Your prayer for grace to create professional jobs in 2026 and 2027 has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with thanksgiving.

It is good and pleasing to God when His people desire to work diligently and to provide opportunity for others, for all good work comes from His hand and is to be offered back to Him. As you have quoted, we ask that He would establish the work of our hands, Psalm 90:17, and make what we do fruitful for His glory and for the good of our neighbor.

I pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and receive every spiritual blessing:

Heavenly Father, grant to Your servant wisdom that comes from above, clear vision, and divine favour. Anoint this work with integrity, sound leadership and godly innovation. Provide the resources needed, open the right doors, and guide every decision in 2026 as two meaningful jobs are established, and in 2027 as employment is expanded. Give grace to build a competent and faithful team, to solve real challenges with honesty and excellence, to advance the careers entrusted to this work, and to promote true wellbeing while empowering productive labor. Keep this enterprise rooted in stewardship, generosity and service, so that it reflects Your character and does good to many. Let all be done as unto You, with diligence and humility, and let the fruit remain. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily for wisdom, to plan with care, to labor faithfully, and to commit your ways to Him. He is faithful to direct the steps of those who trust Him and walk in obedience. May the Lord strengthen your hands for the work ahead and use it to bless many.
