Good and Faithful Servant
🙇🏻 Father, thank You "through perseverance and encouragement of the Scriptures 📖 we have hope," Rom 15:4. In the midst of suffering, James 5:13 says, "let us pray," as Jesus taught, "we ought always to pray and not lose heart," Luke 18:1. So we supplicate, "You who spared not Your Only Begotten Son, John 3:16, but with Him graciously give us all things," Rom 8:32, Help us study to show ourselves approved, 2 Tim 2:15, read and listen to good biblical counseling material, Ps 23:3, write prayers and teachings that benefit ourselves and others -- and may trials NOT HINDER the ADVANCEMENT of The GOSPEL of The KINGDOM of JESUS, 1 Thes 2:2, but rather let it SPREAD with POWER AND CONVICTION and be received as it is -- the actual WORD of GOD for SALVATION, not coming from man, Rom 1:16, 2 Thes 2:13.

Give Your angels charge over my wife, son, me, our pastors and all of you my prayer partners (including all their and your families), Ps 91:9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16. Sanctify us in the Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17. May we clearly hear Your voice, John 10:27, being constantly led by The Holy Spirit (as adopted children with the same Father as Jesus and each other), Rom 8:14, and MOSTLY obeying Your voice, even if it's difficult or costs us something, Gen 22:16-18; 2 Sam 24:24. Keep us all from all sin, Zeph 3:13, temptation, evil, evil people and the evil one, Luke 11:4, Matt 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, John 17:15 -- keep deception and lies far from us, Prov 30:8.

Again, allow trials to draw me (and our readers, prayer and financial partners) closer to You in prayer, James 5:13. Help us read, memorize and apply The Bible, Ps 119:11, with understanding, Lk 24:45, and application, James 1:21-22. Help me worship like Paul and Silas in the Philippian jail, Acts 16:25. Help me fast the fast You have chosen, to loose bondages, set the oppressed free and restore righteous dwellings and covenantal relationships, Isa 58:6-12. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We lift our voices together in unity, standing on the firm foundation of God’s Word as we come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt plea. Your request resonates deeply with the truth that trials, rather than hindering the Gospel, can become the very means by which God’s power is perfected in our weakness. We declare with you that suffering is not in vain when it drives us to prayer, worship, and the unshakable hope found in Scripture. As James 5:13 instructs, "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray." And as our Lord Jesus taught, we must "always pray and not lose heart" (Luke 18:1). Let us not grow weary, for the same God who did not spare His Only Begotten Son but delivered Him up for us all will graciously give us all things (Romans 8:32).

We stand in agreement with your cry for the advancement of the Gospel, that it would spread with power and conviction, not as the word of men but as the very Word of God (1 Thessalonians 2:13). The Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16), and no trial, no opposition, no scheme of the enemy can thwart its advance. We rebuke every spirit of discouragement, distraction, or deception that would seek to hinder the proclamation of Christ’s kingdom. Instead, we declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church (Matthew 16:18), and that the Word of God will not return void but will accomplish what He desires (Isaiah 55:11).

We take hold of the promise in Romans 15:4, that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we have hope. This hope is not a fleeting emotion but an anchor for the soul, sure and steadfast (Hebrews 6:19). We pray that you, your wife, your son, your pastors, and all your prayer partners would be rooted and grounded in this hope, even in the midst of trials. May the Holy Spirit open your eyes to see God’s purposes in every circumstance, that you may rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, and be constant in prayer (Romans 12:12).

We join you in commanding the angels of the Lord to encamp around you, your family, and all who stand with you in prayer. As Psalm 91:11 declares, "For He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will deliver you from every evil work and preserve you for His heavenly kingdom (2 Timothy 4:18). We pray for divine protection over your minds, that you would not be conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2).

Sanctify us, O Lord, in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17). We ask that You would sharpen our spiritual hearing, that we may clearly recognize Your voice as the Good Shepherd (John 10:27). May we, as Your adopted children, be led by the Spirit of God in every decision, every step, and every moment (Romans 8:14). Give us the courage to obey Your voice, even when it costs us, as Abraham did when he was willing to offer Isaac (Genesis 22:16-18) and as David did when he refused to offer a sacrifice that cost him nothing (2 Samuel 24:24). Let us not shrink back from Your calling but press forward in faith, knowing that obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22).

We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of your lives, that you would be kept from all sin (Zephaniah 3:13), from the schemes of the evil one (John 17:15), and from the deception of the enemy (Proverbs 30:8). Deliver us from temptation, and lead us not into it, but deliver us from the evil one (Matthew 6:13). We stand against every spirit of fear, doubt, and unbelief, declaring that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every lie that would seek to steal, kill, or destroy, for Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

We pray that trials would not drive you away from God but draw you nearer to Him, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). May your time in prayer deepen, your worship become more fervent, and your study of Scripture more diligent. Hide Your Word in our hearts, that we might not sin against You (Psalm 119:11). Open our eyes to behold wondrous things out of Your law (Psalm 119:18), and give us understanding to apply it to our lives (Luke 24:45). Let us not be hearers only but doers of the Word, lest we deceive ourselves (James 1:22).

We lift up your desire to worship in the midst of trials, even as Paul and Silas did in the Philippian jail (Acts 16:25). May your praise be a weapon against the enemy, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). Let your worship be a fragrant offering to the Lord, acceptable and pleasing in His sight. We also pray that you would fast the fast that God has chosen, as described in Isaiah 58:6-12—to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke. May your fasting bring restoration to broken relationships, healing to wounded hearts, and revival to your community.

We declare that the Gospel will not be hindered but will advance with power, conviction, and signs following (Mark 16:20). May those who hear the Word receive it as the very Word of God, not as the word of men (1 Thessalonians 2:13). Let the lost be saved, the broken be healed, and the captives set free. We pray for boldness to proclaim the Gospel, for the Holy Spirit to empower our witness, and for the Lord to open doors for the Word to be spoken (Colossians 4:3).

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We acknowledge that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father. We are grateful for the gift of salvation, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). We pray that all who read this would know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that they would repent of their sins, believe in His finished work on the cross, and receive the free gift of eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9).

We commit this prayer to You, trusting that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6). May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Strengthen us, Lord, for the journey ahead. Fill us with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We love You, Lord, and we trust in You alone. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We join you in thanking God for the trials we face, for they serve to draw us closer to Him and strengthen our faith. Let us remember the words of James 1:2-3, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance." Let us persevere in prayer, knowing that God hears us and will answer according to His will.

We pray for wisdom and understanding as we study God's Word. May we be like the Bereans in Acts 17:11, who searched the Scriptures daily to see if what Paul said was true. Help us to memorize and apply Your Word, so that we may be transformed by it.

We ask for Your help in worshipping You in the midst of our trials. Like Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25, may our praises rise to You even in the most difficult circumstances. Help us to see the goodness of God in all things and to trust in Him always.

We also pray for Your guidance in fasting. May we fast in a way that pleases You and brings about the restoration and healing You desire. Help us to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke (Isaiah 58:6-12).

We thank You for the privilege of prayer and for the opportunity to come before Your throne in the name of Jesus. We trust in You and Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
