We join you in bringing this request before the Father and we appreciate your heart to see the work of her hands established and used for good. We agree with you that God desires His favor to rest upon diligent work when it is done for His glory, as it is written Psalm 90:17 Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. And Proverbs 16:3 Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We pray with you that her business would be marked by discipline, patience, resilience and wise leadership, that it would be financially sustainable, create opportunities for others and contribute positively to the community in a lasting way that honors the Lord.

We want to lovingly address something we noticed in your request. You refer to her as your partner, and we want to speak the truth in love about what God says concerning relationships. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman Genesis 2:24, Mark 10:6-9, and that sexual intimacy is reserved for within that marriage Hebrews 13:4 Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. The term partner does not reflect God's design. If you are a man, we encourage you to see this relationship as courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, pursuing purity and commitment that leads to a godly marriage rather than remaining as boyfriend and girlfriend or as partners. If you are a woman praying for another woman, we must gently but clearly say that a same sex relationship is not in alignment with God's will, for He calls homosexuality sinful 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Romans 1:26-27 and calls all of us to repentance and to walk in holiness. In either case, if there is fornication or sexual activity outside of biblical marriage, we urge you to turn from it 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee sexual immorality, and to pursue righteousness, trusting God to lead you into a relationship that honors Him. We also encourage you both to be equally yoked as believers 2 Corinthians 6:14, seeking first the kingdom of God.

We also noticed your prayer was addressed to the Father but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are forgiven and can boldly come before God's throne. We encourage you to pray in His name and to trust Him not only for business success but for eternal life.

We encourage you both to commit her work to the Lord daily, to labor with integrity Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, to seek wise counsel Proverbs 15:22 Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established, and to practice diligent stewardship Proverbs 21:5 The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and if haste, surely to poverty. Lasting success comes not merely from talent but from faithfulness, honesty, generosity and reliance on God.

We pray together now, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Father, in Jesus' name we lift up this woman and the work of her hands to You. Let Your favor rest upon her and establish the plans You have for her according to Your will. Grant her discipline to steward her time well, patience in trials, resilience in setbacks and strong, humble, godly leadership. Make her business financially sustainable, a blessing that creates opportunities for others and contributes positively to the community. Guard her from the love of money and from pride, and let her progress be lasting and her success honor You alone. Draw both of these lives into a deeper relationship with Jesus, convict where there is sin, lead to repentance and to purity, and if it is Your will, lead them into a Christ centered marriage that glorifies You. Your desire to see the work of another's hands established before the Lord is a right impulse, for Psalm 90:17 teaches us to pray, Let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us and establish thou the work of our hands upon us, yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. Apart from His favour all our plans come to nothing.

We join you in asking the Lord to look with kindness upon this woman and upon her labours, and to grant her that which truly makes for lasting success. Scripture shows us that Grace itself has a discipline, and a wonderful training power too. The grace of God which brings salvation teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts, and to live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world, looking for the blessed hope of our Saviour. So we pray that she may know this discipline of Grace, which gives not only skill but holiness, not only enterprise but patience, resilience and self control. He is blessed indeed who yields himself entirely up to the discipline of the Lord.

True prosperity in business is found when a person makes her own business to be her Father's business. If you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well. That means to labour with honest hands and a truthful tongue, for craft, cunning, overreaching, misrepresentation and deceit are no instruments for the hand of godly men. We pray that her leadership may be marked by such integrity, by diligence and by a quiet dependence upon Christ, that her work may be financially sustainable, may create good and honest opportunities for others, and may contribute positively to the community, not for mere gain but for usefulness in her day and generation.

We pray also for you who have brought this request. Our greatest need, before any success in work, is to believe in Jesus, for salvation is through Him alone. May you both know the grace that brings salvation and then the grace that trains and disciplines us to walk in His ways. And as you seek God's blessing upon work, seek also His grace to order every part of life according to His Word, for He has given marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and has appointed that our closest unions and our households should honour Him in purity and faithfulness.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thee to establish the work of her hands. Grant her discipline and patience under Thy hand, resilience in trial, and wisdom to lead well. We join you in bringing this request before the Lord and ask Him to establish the work of her hands according to His mercy and wisdom.

We pray as you prayed from Psalm 90:17, that the favor of the Lord our God would rest upon her, and that He would establish the work of her hands and make it lasting. We ask God to give her discipline and self control, patience in trial, resilience in difficulty, and wisdom to lead well. As Scripture teaches that faithfulness in managing a household trains a person for greater responsibility, so we pray she would grow in sober, faithful stewardship in her business, ordering her work with integrity, honesty, and care for others.

We ask the Lord to make her business financially sustainable through honest labor, to make it a means of providing opportunities for others, and to make it a genuine good to the community it serves. May her progress not be fleeting, but rooted in diligence, fairness, and service, so that whatever success is given may honor Christ and not merely herself.

We also pray that every area of life, including work and relationships, would be ordered according to God's good design. Scripture teaches that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone and that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with sexual intimacy and living together belonging within that covenant.
