We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is your healer and the Great Physician who cares deeply for every part of your body and spirit. It is good that you have brought these concerns to Him, for He invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We also notice that while you have asked for prayer, the name of Jesus was not invoked in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that you are trusting in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation, for He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Christ, we urge you to do so today, for He alone can forgive your sins and give you eternal life.

Your request for healing from the inflammation and pain of gout in your feet and the restoration of your joints aligns with the heart of God, who desires wholeness for His children. The Scriptures remind us that by His stripes, we *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we can come boldly to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We also join you in praying for your upcoming mammogram, claiming good results and trusting in the Lord’s promise that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). While we pray for a normal report, we also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His will is perfect, even when we don’t understand it. Our trust must remain in Him, not in the outcomes we desire, but in His sovereign goodness.

That said, we must also encourage you to steward your body well, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Gout is often influenced by diet and lifestyle choices, such as consuming foods high in purines (like red meat, shellfish, and alcohol) or failing to stay hydrated. While we pray for your healing, we also urge you to seek wisdom in how you care for the body God has given you. Proverbs 3:7-8 tells us, *"Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body and nourishment to your bones."* Let this be a season not only of prayer but of intentional choices that honor God with your body.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is experiencing the pain and inflammation of gout in her/his feet. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would touch her/his body with Your restoring power. Rebuke the inflammation in the joints, and let Your healing flow through every affected area. Grant relief from pain and restore strength and mobility, that she/he may walk in comfort and give You glory. We pray for wisdom, Lord, that she/he may know how to care for her/his body in a way that honors You, making choices that promote health and wholeness.

We also bring before You the upcoming mammogram appointment. Father, we ask that the results would be normal, reflecting Your perfect design and the health You intend for her. Calm any anxiety or fear, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Whatever the outcome, help her/him to trust in You completely, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever.

Lord, if there is any area in her/his life—physically, spiritually, or emotionally—that needs attention, reveal it by Your Spirit. Draw her/him closer to You through this season, and let her/his faith be strengthened. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear in Jesus’ name, and we declare that You, Lord, are her/his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and rest in Your promises. May Your will be done in her/his life, and may You be glorified through her/his healing and testimony. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
