I request the hindrances to healthy, natural sleep be removed and I sleep at set intervals daily in Jesus' Name.

I pray that you will take down the forces of whatever strongholds is causing this person not to be able to sleep right at night, I pray the Lord would encircle his angels around them and may they feel the peace of his joy so that they can have a healthy night sleep in Jesus name amen
