Good morning to each and everyone, am called ###. Y and my wife's name ### from ###, and am ###yrs old. I have a sickness in my kidney which causes the reduction of sperms (infertility) each time I go for check up and so doctors have not been able to identify it. I have done gonorrhea test, Chlamydia, and all the like the no way. So doctors told me that if it continues like this then later I won't have a child... please man of help me.
