Good morning pastor. I got employed in my current place of work on 18/01/2018 as a medical officer. My appointment letter stated that, if our departments are not accredited for residency training after 24months, we will be confirmed as medical officers. Out of the 8 of us, 3 of the doctors were given their confirmation letters last year while the rest 5 of us were denied for no reason. We have done everything humanly possible to get our confirmation, yet it appears there is a gate of brass standing in the way of our confirmation. There will be a meeting by the management to decide our fate tomorrow 19/02/21 by 12noon. I pray for divine favor in that meeting so that our confirmation letters will be given to us and that we will not be victimized. Amen Dr Theresa
