God knows and can see what you went through to achieve all this. So, my dear have faith in God, always confess from your mouth that He has already done this and you'll get a good news before 23rd March. God can do things less than a second. God wants us to build up our faith as well. So, my dear ###, as I'm praying for you I'm going through a same scenario as such. But, I have no doubt about God.
Read the bible every single day and God will inspire your heart with a v specific verse. Take that verse to your mind and meditate on that verse in the morning, afternoon and evening.

My darling Father, Lord, Jesus
I take this time to ask you a favour on behalf of ### and Lord, you are our miraculous working God. You can finish things within few seconds. Lord, I ask you to touch ### and release all the pressure he is going through due to this land sale. Jesus, as the buyer has already given the word, you know why it takes so much time to finish the deal.
Satan, I command you to get out from this land and in buyers state of mind. Lord, let this buyer have a v soft heart and give ###& family a positive reaction that they can carry on with their lives without waiting for this to happen till 23rd March. Lord, Jesus release the pressure on him and his family and let the buyer come forward within the time frame of 72 hrs (3 days), and show them your miracle.
Father, as I'm also waiting for a good news like ###, I know the feeling. Jesus, you are the only person who is faithful to us and who can change others stoney minds into soft hearts. Father, I'm crying for a huge change in the buyers attitudes and mind. Change it completely without giving them false calls. Lord, Jesus you are our only hope. You'll definitely grant this favour to ### and his family. Thank you Jesus for listening my prayer and given them the victory.
