Good morning. I am so angry with myself for sleep late. I just do not want to get up. I am so depressed. Some days are worse than others. Sink full of dishes. What a waste of a life. Please pray I actually get something done today. It's like I'm swimming in this thick fog and everything seems so overwhelming and hard. Nightmares last nigh as usual. Please pray for me. Bless everyone on this site.

I have struggled with the same problem... I found out I have an allergy to dairy and it was making it hard to breathe all night. Eliminating that food helped my rest better, and I found out I have thyroid problems. I am on medication now and it is helping me get better sleep and get up early. I still need 7-8 hours of sleep. It is hard for me to force myself to sleep before midnight and I try so hard, so I think that is something psychological. I understand your struggle. Maybe there are some other medical causes?

Dear God, We love you and praise you for your caring nature. You are our healer and you sent the holy spirit to be our advocate when we pray. Lord, I do not know why this person cannot sleep well and get up early, but I lift them up to you to heal anything emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical that could be causing the problem. Heal their depression Lord. You did not mean that to be a way of life for us and many of us need healing in that area! Guide them in your will, lead them to an abundant life full of energy and accomplishment! Help them glorify you and be a blessing. Give them a blessed life without any nightmares. You promised us sweet sleep.
