We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting you up in prayer as you await the results of your mammogram. We understand the fear and anxiety that can accompany these moments, especially having walked through the valley of breast cancer before. But we stand on the promise of God’s Word, which tells us in Psalm 34:19, *"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* The Lord is your healer, your strength, and your refuge, and we trust Him to watch over you with His tender care.
We also declare over you the truth of Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* The Lord is not a God who brings harm or leaves His children in despair. He is the Great Physician, and we believe He is working even now on your behalf. We rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to grip your heart, for 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* You are not alone in this—we stand with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. We ask that You would grant peace to our sister as she waits for her mammogram results. Calm her heart, Lord, and fill her with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for favorable results, Father, and ask that You would continue to guard her health according to Your will. If there is any trace of fear or anxiety, we command it to flee in Jesus’ name, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Lord, we also pray for strength and courage for the days ahead, whatever the outcome may be. If there is any need for further treatment or healing, we ask that You would guide her steps and surround her with Your presence. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust You completely, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to lean on Him in this season. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters (Psalm 23:2). Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, for He is your ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We also encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can uplift you in prayer and support. You are not walking this path alone—God is with you, and so are we.
May the Lord bless you with His peace, His healing, and His presence as you wait. We continue to pray for you and believe for God’s best in your life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
