We join together in lifting up your request for good health and divine protection, recognizing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that all good things come from our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful to see your desire for God’s presence and protection, but we must gently remind you that our prayers are only heard and answered because of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is through Him alone that we approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Without invoking His name, our prayers lack the authority and access granted to us through His sacrifice.
We also notice your mention of angels encamping around us, and while it is true that God sends His angels to minister to His people (Hebrews 1:14), our trust and focus must remain on Christ alone—not on angels, dreams, or any other created thing. The Holy Spirit’s work in our lives is to glorify Jesus and lead us into all truth (John 16:13-14), not to rule in our dreams apart from the authority of Scripture. Dreams can be influenced by many things, and we must test everything against the Word of God (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Our peace and protection come from abiding in Christ, not from seeking signs or supernatural experiences.
Let us turn to Scripture for our foundation in praying for health and protection. The Lord is our healer, as proclaimed in Exodus 15:26: *"I am Yahweh who heals you."* And in Psalm 91:11-12, we read, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Yet even in this, our trust is not in the angels themselves but in the God who sends them. Our health, our protection, and our very lives are in His hands.
Now, let us pray together for your request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that You alone are the source of life, health, and protection. We thank You for the promise that You are our healer and our shield, and we ask for Your hand of blessing to rest upon us and all those for whom this prayer is offered. Lord, we pray for good health—not just for our own comfort, but so that we may serve You with strength and vitality, bringing glory to Your name in all we do.
Father, we ask that You surround us with Your divine protection, just as You promised in Psalm 34:7, *"Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Yet we do not put our trust in angels, dreams, or signs, but in You alone. Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and let the Holy Spirit fill us with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May our dreams be aligned with Your Word, and may we wake each day with a heart surrendered to Your will.
We rebuked any fear or anxiety that may try to take root in our hearts, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let us not be distracted by seeking supernatural experiences but instead be grounded in Your truth, walking in faith and obedience.
Lord, we also pray for those who may be struggling with illness or weakness. Strengthen them, heal them, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May they feel Your presence and trust in Your goodness, even in the midst of trial.
Finally, Father, we lift all this up in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is in His name alone that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Let every prayer we pray be rooted in Him, and let our lives reflect His love and truth.
