We are glad to join you in prayer and to share from the Word of God. Before we address your request, let us share this from Acts 4:12 WEB
“There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
Only in the name of Jesus Christ can we approach God the Father in prayer.
In Proverbs 10:22 WEB we read
“Yahweh’s blessing is wealth, and he adds no trouble with it.”
So, wealth is indeed a blessing from the Lord, and it is good to ask for it and to be grateful for it. We are also encouraged to share our blessings with others, especially our family and friends.
It is a very good thing that you want to share all the blessings God is providing with your family and friends. In Second Corinthians 9:6-7 WEB we read
“Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver.”
It is good to give God the glory for all the blessings you are receiving. In fact, this should be the response of everyone to God’s Goodness.
However, as Christians, our top priority must be spiritual growth and a closer relationship with God. In Matthew 6:33 WEB we read
“But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Make sure that with all the material blessings you also have spiritual blessings and desire to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. It is much more important to store your treasures in heaven than here on earth, as we read in Matthew 6:19-20 WEB
“Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal”.
Lastly, you mention a special intention for someone’s physical and mental health. We encourage you to specifically name this person and to pray for them in the name of Jesus Christ, so that God can work in their lives and provide the needed healing.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, grateful for the blessings that You have bestowed upon us. We ask that You continue to fill our cups to overflowing, so that we may share Your abundance with our family and friends, giving all the glory back to You.
Lord, we lift up to You the person who needs physical and mental healing. We pray that You would touch them, comfort them, and restore their health, according to Your will.
Help us to keep our priorities straight, to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and to store up treasures in heaven, not just here on earth.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
