Going To See The Girl

if god bless me, this week i may go and meet a girl as part of arranged marriage .my relatives also will be coming to meet the girl but i am very much tensed as i am not a good looking guy and if the girl dejects me i will feel insulted in front of my relatives.because of this only i think one of my previous proposals got rejected and i felt very bad.from childhood itself i have this inferiority complex.i think that i have got a kind and loving heart.i never had any affair and if i marry her i will be 100percent faithfull to her but all these things i cannot express.please pray for me so that she will like and love me and i could marry her.i feel that she is a good girl but i dont know very much about her please pray for me so that she will be a good wife with a loving and understanding character.because of my inferiority complex and other problems i never wanted to marry ,but after some time i felt that if we dont marry there is no meaning to life but i am afraid .so please pray for me please so that i can get rid of my inferiority complex.

Dear Father, please bless him with a heart full of gratitude in his condition whether people consider him as not a good looking person, but You do love him and even sacrificed Your Own Son to let him have an eternal life, up to now You have shown Your faithful love to him. Therefore Lord, please also bless him with joy and courage in enduring his life forth. Please help him to meet his future wife that will accept in his condition and also be a good partner in worshiping You. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!

Father thank you for creating gintomas in your image and likeness. Scripture says that Jesus was so common looking that no one took notice of Him. It was His presence and the power and authority that grabbed people's attention.

Gintomas, it's not about looks. Many people think it is, but it's not. When the children of Israel wanted a king to rule them, God said that Saul would be king. Saul was good looking, tall yet his heart was not right with God.

David, on the other hand was short in stature. He was only 13 when he was anointed king of Israel, but it took 25 years before he actually began to rule. In that time of being pressed by circumstances he learned how to be a man who trusted God. Here was a man after God's own heart.

So, don't look at your self as someone who cannot command the attention of a pretty lady. It is the heart matter that counts. Don't allow your outer appearance to affect your heart. It's what is in the heart that counts. If this girl you are going to meet says, 'no' then praise the Lord becasue He has someone who will love you for YOU, not for your looks.

I encourage you, as a Christian, you can speak to your circumstance. So you can pray:

'Thank you Father that you created me this way for a specific reason. Thank you that in Your eyes, I am perfect, because you don't make mistakes and you don't make junk. So I repent of rejecting the way I look, and I receive your forgiveness. Now Lord, help me to accept myself as you accept me. In me is greatness, because you created me for greatness. Thank you for perfecting that which concerns me.

Now Lord, I give this situation of meeting this girl as a prospective wife in your hands. Your word says that I am highly favored and blessed, so I just receive that truth and I thank you for it. In Jesus name. Amen.'
