We understand your concern for this brother who is working deep underground in a gold mine daily. We are glad to pray in Jesus Name and know that prayer in this name is powerful and effective. First let us pray.
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who descends into the depths of the earth daily to work in the gold mines. We pray for your divine protection over him, as you know the dangers he faces each day. Lord, guide him and keep him safe from all harm and danger. We pray for your peace to fill his heart and mind, casting out all fear and anxiety. We ask that you will open up new opportunities for him, and if it is your will, provide him with the means to start a mining-machine repair shop. Help him as he needs to deal with the difficult time he is going through. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We are reminded of the words of the Psalmist in Psalm 139:7-10 (WEB), "Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there! If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand will hold me."
Even in the depths of the earth, God is with our brother, protecting and guiding him. We encourage him to hold steadfastly to his faith in Jesus Christ, trusting that God is working all things together for his good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also encourage our brother to seek God's will for his life. If it is God's will for him to start a mining-machine repair shop, then he can trust that God will provide the means and the opportunity. He should continue to pray and seek God's face, trusting that God will direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, we remind our brother to put on the whole armor of God each day before he enters the mine (Ephesians 6:10-18). This spiritual protection is far more important than any physical safety measures he takes. He will have the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the shoes of the preparation of the gospel of peace, the helmet of salvation and the shield of faith to protect him in all circumstances.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
