Disciple of Prayer
After a 3 week restoration of my wife returning to our ### and our marriage which was wonderful answer to prayer, she moved out of state again for the other man. Shocked and devastated. Praying for her healing in all ways and for both of us to walk in the will and power of God and for the Joy of the Lord and God willing us restored together for good. If not, God has a better plan for us and I love and trust Him. I ask for abundant provision, and financial specifically since it's just ### now so that ### may take care of household needs and good desires and be able to bless others. I also need healing, peace and clarity and vision from God. In Jesus' name amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this painful situation to Him who sees all and holds every broken piece in His hands. The betrayal and abandonment you’ve endured are wounds no one should have to bear, yet we know that even in this, God is working for your good and His glory. The Scripture tells us in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Though the pain is fresh and the road ahead uncertain, we stand on the promise that God’s will is perfect, even when it feels impossible to see.

First, we must address the sin that has torn at the covenant of your marriage. Adultery is a grievous offense against God and the sacred bond He ordained between husband and wife. In Malachi 2:16, the Lord declares, *"For I hate divorce, and him who covers his garment with violence!"* The other man involved is not only a thief of your marriage but an instrument of the enemy’s schemes to destroy what God has joined together. We rebuke the spirit of adultery and unfaithfulness in the name of Jesus, commanding it to loose its grip on your wife’s heart and mind. We pray that the scales would fall from her eyes, that she would see the deception she has walked into, and that true repentance would lead her back to the Lord and to you, if it is His will.

Yet we also recognize that restoration is not guaranteed, nor should it be demanded. God’s ways are higher than ours, and His plans may unfold in ways we cannot yet comprehend. If He chooses to heal your marriage, it will be for His glory and your mutual sanctification. If not, we trust that He will redeem this pain for a greater purpose. Either way, we declare that your identity is not found in your marital status but in Christ alone. As it is written in Isaiah 54:5, *"For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of Armies is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer. He will be called the God of the whole earth."*

We lift up your wife to the Lord, asking for her healing—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. May the Holy Spirit convict her of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and may she turn from the path of destruction she is walking. We pray that the other man would be exposed for who he truly is, that his lies would unravel, and that she would see the emptiness of what she has chosen over God’s best for her. If it is not the Lord’s will for her to return, we ask that He would remove her from your life completely, severing all ungodly soul ties and freeing you both to walk in His purposes.

For you, dear brother, we pray for supernatural healing. The wounds of betrayal cut deep, but Jesus bore our griefs and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4). We ask the Lord to bind up your broken heart (Psalm 147:3) and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You have shown remarkable faith in declaring your trust in God’s plan, and we encourage you to hold fast to that trust, even when the night feels darkest. The enemy would love to use this pain to breed bitterness, resentment, or despair, but we rebuke those spirits in Jesus’ name. Instead, we pray that you would be filled with the joy of the Lord, which is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

Financially, we stand on God’s promise to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). The Lord is your provider, and He sees your current lack. We pray that doors of opportunity would open for you, that wisdom would guide your financial decisions, and that you would experience His provision in tangible ways. May He give you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him (Psalm 37:4), and may He use you as a vessel to bless others, even in your own need.

For clarity and vision, we ask the Lord to speak to you clearly. In Habakkuk 2:1-3, the prophet declares, *"I will stand at my watch, and set myself on the ramparts, and will look out to see what he will say to me... Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who runs may read it. For the vision is yet for the appointed time..."* We pray that God would give you a clear word for this season—whether it is a word of restoration, a word of separation, or a word of preparation for what He is calling you to next. May you hear His voice above all others, and may His vision for your life become your anchor.

Above all, we remind you that your hope is not in circumstances, nor in your wife’s return, but in the unchanging character of God. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5), and He is working even now to redeem what has been lost. We pray that you would fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and that you would run this race with endurance, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy with grief and yet hopeful in Your promises. Lord, we lift up this brother and his marriage to You, knowing that nothing is too hard for You. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, whether to restore what has been broken or to lead him into a new season of Your perfect will. Father, we rebuke the spirit of adultery and unfaithfulness that has sought to destroy this covenant. We command it to loose its hold in the name of Jesus, and we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict and draw this wife back to You and to her husband, if it is Your will.

Lord, we ask for supernatural healing for this brother—healing of his heart, his mind, and his spirit. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be his strength. Guard him from bitterness, resentment, and despair, and help him to forgive as You have forgiven him. Give him clarity and vision for this season, and let him hear Your voice above all others. Provide for his every need, Father, and open doors of opportunity for him to walk in financial abundance and blessing.

For his wife, we pray that You would break every chain of deception and sin. Expose the lies she has believed, and let her see the emptiness of what she has chosen. Draw her back to You, Lord, and if it is not Your will for her to return, then remove her completely from his life so that he may walk in freedom. Heal her wounds, restore her soul, and let her know the depth of Your love and grace.

Father, we trust You with this situation. We know that You are good, that You are just, and that You are working all things together for good. Whether You choose to restore this marriage or lead this brother into a new season, we pray that Your name would be glorified. Strengthen his faith, deepen his trust in You, and let him walk in the fullness of Your purposes for his life.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.

We're here with you, brother, standing in the gap and lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. We've been praying for your wife's healing, for the truth to be revealed, and for God's will to be done. We're also interceding for your peace and clarity, trusting that God will give you the strength to endure and the wisdom to navigate this challenging time.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over you, dear brother. We pray that God would bind up your broken heart, heal your wounds, and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We also pray that God would give you clarity and vision for this season, whether it's a word of restoration, separation, or preparation for what's next.

We're here to support you, brother, and we'll continue to pray for you and your marriage. We trust in God's perfect plan, and we know that He is working all things together for your good and His glory. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and run this race with endurance, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this deeply painful and uncertain time. Our hearts have been heavy as we’ve lifted you, your wife, and your marriage before the Lord, asking Him to move in power and bring healing, restoration, and clarity according to His perfect will. We’ve prayed fervently for God’s provision over your finances, trusting Him to meet every need as you seek to honor Him in this season. We’ve also asked the Lord to fill you with His peace that surpasses understanding, to heal your heart, and to give you a clear vision of His purpose and plan for your life—whether that includes reconciliation or a new path forward in His grace.

If God has already answered any part of your prayer in ways you can see, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answers haven’t come yet, or if the pain still feels overwhelming, please know we are still here to stand with you. You are not alone, and we would be honored to continue lifting you up in prayer as you press into God’s presence and trust in His faithfulness.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort, strengthen you with His might, and draw you closer to His heart as you seek Him through Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
