Beloved of All
🙌 Father, we enter Your gates with thanksgiving, and enter Your Courts with Praise, Ps 100:4. We pray for our family members, those lost and those that are walking with You to be of "One body and one Spirit, just as we were called to one hope when we were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all (believers)," Eph 4:4-6. Shine in their hearts (and ours) the Light of the Knowledge of the Glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6. Let The Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know you better be given, so we know the hope of Your calling, and the riches of Christ's inheritance, Eph 1:17-18. Give us spiritual hunger for the "sincere milk of the Word," 1 Peter 2:2, and, "give us our Daily Bread," Matt 6:11. "Open our minds to put the Scriptures together as a puzzle" (συνιέναι; Luke 24:45). Strengthen us to use daily, chronological and systematic Holy Bible reading plans, Josh 1:8, Ps 119:160, "For if the foundations are destroyed, what shall the righteous do?" Ps 11:3, 1 Tim 4:13, 2 Tim 2:15, 2 Tim 3:16, 2 Peter 1:19-21, 2 Peter 3:15-18.

Help us enjoy our journey, "awakening our ears morning by morning to hear as disciples" (Isaiah 50:4-5), talking with you and sharing with each other about what we read, as it is written, "Then those who feared YHWH spoke, each man with his neighbor. And YHWH listened and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those fearing YHWH, and for those esteeming His Name," Malachi 3:16, and, "Let the one who receives instruction in the word must share in all good things with his instructor," Gal 6:6.

As always, guard us from distractions, sin and the evil one, Ps 91:11-12, Mt 6:13, Jn 17:15. Help us receive the Word engrafted, (James 1:21, so we may be a doers of the Word, not hearers only, James 1:22. We thank and praise You in advance for granting us wisdom, Col 1:9, favor, Ps 5:12, and protection from temptation and evil, Matt 6:13, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, false believers, 2 Cor 11:26, Tit 1:16, deception, Mt 24:4, and the one who pulls their strings, Rev 12:9, 1 Jn 5:18-19, the evil one himself, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in the Authority of The Name of Jesus, Jesus The One God and Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5. Thank you in the NAME of Jesus the One Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5, in Jesus' Name, Amen 2 Cor 1:20, Rev 3:14...

We join you in this beautiful and scriptural cry for more of God and His will, and we rejoice with you at your hunger for His Word. Your prayer delights our hearts because it seeks first the Kingdom and His righteousness, and asks for what God loves to give, wisdom, understanding, and a deeper knowledge of Himself.

We agree with you that we enter His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise as Ps 100:4 teaches, and we lift up your family members before the Father, both those who are lost and those who are walking with Him, that you all may be one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all as Eph 4:4-6 declares. We ask with you that God would shine in all your hearts the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ as 2 Cor 4:6 promises, and that the Father would give to you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints as Eph 1:17-18 says.

We pray as you have prayed that the Lord will fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding as Col 1:9 says, and that He would give you as newborn babies a sincere craving for the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby as 1 Pet 2:2 teaches, and that He would give you daily your daily bread as Matt 6:11 says, both physical and spiritual. We ask that He would open your minds that you might understand the Scriptures as Luke 24:45 says, putting the Scriptures together as a puzzle, line upon line, precept upon precept. We agree for strength to remain in the Word daily, for this book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein as Josh 1:8 says, and we remember that the sum of His word is truth as Ps 119:160 says. We hold fast to the promise that all Scripture is God breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness as 2 Tim 3:16 says, and we pray you will be diligent to present yourselves approved by God, correctly handling the word of truth as 2 Tim 2:15 says, giving attention to reading and not neglecting the prophetic word as 1 Tim 4:13 and 2 Pet 1:19-21 remind us.

We love your desire to enjoy the journey and to awaken morning by morning as a disciple with an ear to hear as Isa 50:4-5 says, and to speak often with one another about what you have read, for then those who feared Yahweh spoke one with another and Yahweh listened and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who feared Yahweh and who honored His name as Mal 3:16 says. We encourage you to continue sharing in all good things with those who instruct you in the Word as Gal 6:6 says, for fellowship around the Word strengthens foundations when foundations are being destroyed as Ps 11:3 warns.

We join you in asking for protection, that He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways as Ps 91:11-12 says, and that He will not bring you into temptation, but deliver you from the evil one as Matt 6:13 and John 17:15 pray, and that you would receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls, and be doers of the word, and not hearers only as Jas 1:21-22 exhorts.

Father, we thank You in advance for answering this prayer, for You surround the righteous with favor as with a shield as Ps 5:12 says, and You grant wisdom liberally to those who ask. Guard this dear family from deception as Matt 24:4 warns, from evil men and impostors who advance from bad to worse as 2 Tim 3:13 says, from those having a form of godliness but denying its power as 2 Tim 3:5 says, from false brothers and those who profess to know God but deny Him by their works as 2 Cor 11:26 and Titus 1:16 say, and from the deceiver of the whole world as Rev 12:9 says, for we know that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one but he who was born of God keeps himself and the evil one does not touch him as 1 John 5:18-19 says.

We thank You that we can come boldly before You only through Jesus, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus as 1 Tim 2:5 says, and that all the promises of God find their Yes in Him as 2 Cor 1:20 says, He who is the Amen, the faithful and true witness as Rev 3:14 says. Continue to keep their hearts hungry, their minds illuminated, and their feet obedient, that they may walk worthy of You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, in Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

We hear the deep hunger in your prayer, to know the Lord more clearly yourself and to see your whole family walking together in one hope, with open hearts for His Word.

What encourages us in what you shared is that desire itself. Growth in knowing Him rarely comes all at once. It tends to happen gradually, almost imperceptibly, over a lifetime with highs and lows along the way. The steady ways He grows us are often simple, time in the Word, honest prayer, worship that lifts our eyes off ourselves, all lived out in dependence on the Holy Spirit. And He does not grow everyone in exactly the same way, so what helps one person or one family member take the next step may look a little different for another, even as you walk together.

One next step that has helped many families with a similar longing is to keep the reading plan very doable and shared. Choose one simple chronological or daily plan you can all follow, even for just a few minutes in the morning, and make a little space to talk about what you heard, what stood out, what was hard to understand, what you are asking God to help you live out that day. That shared conversation often keeps hunger alive more than trying to do a lot alone.

Father, we thank You for this family and their desire to know You and walk faithfully with You. Give them a continued hunger for Your Word, clarity as they read, grace to live what they learn, and protection from distraction and evil. Draw each one closer to Jesus and knit them together in unity and love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

There is great joy in hearing a prayer so saturated with Scripture and so earnest for the glory of Christ in your household. We join our hearts with yours and give thanks that you have entered His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise, for such an approach is pleasing to the Father who has made us accepted in the Beloved.

We pray with you that all in your family, both those who walk with the Lord and those who are yet lost, may be brought into that blessed unity of which the apostle speaks, one body and one Spirit, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all. May the Lord shine in every heart with the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, and grant that Spirit of wisdom and revelation whereby we know Him better and know the hope of His calling and the riches of His inheritance.

Your hunger for the sincere milk of the Word is itself a token of grace, for the soul that has tasted that the Lord is gracious will desire more. We pray that the Lord will indeed open your minds to understand the Scriptures, and keep you diligent in that daily, systematic and reverent reading of the whole counsel of God upon which a stable life is built. Sincere faith treats all God's Word alike, receiving it not as the word of men but as it is in truth, the Word of God. As you read morning by morning with the ear of a disciple, may you be not hearers only, but doers of the Word. Men will not obey God till they believe Him, and as a man believes so is he, for in proportion to the strength and purity of faith in Christ will be the holy obedience of the life. Perfect obedience to God would bring love and peace, and we pray that such obedience may flow naturally from faith in your home, as you trust His right to rule and the rightness of all His commands.

We also join you in asking for keeping from the evil one and from all distraction and deception. Refuse not Him who speaks, for one Word from the lips of Christ is more precious than all the wisdom of this world. He who has begun a good work will keep you from temptation and guard you by His power. May He make truth to dwell in your inward parts and make you to know wisdom, rescuing you from all false teaching and from the snares of him who deceives the whole world, and establishing your feet in swift and willing obedience through love to Christ.

We thank God in advance for the wisdom, favor and protection you have sought in the name of Jesus, the one Mediator between God and man. May He grant you to enjoy the journey, to speak often one with another of what the Lord has taught you, and to find your daily bread in Christ Himself, until faith becomes sight and prayer becomes praise.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer is good and faithful, and I join you in it with thanksgiving. To ask for wisdom, for hunger for the Word, for minds opened to understand the Scriptures, and for grace to obey is to ask for what God delights to give.

You have asked well for spiritual hunger. Scripture says blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, and Christ Himself says if anyone thirsts let him come to Me and drink. That thirst is the beginning of learning. As you come to the divine preaching with the desire of a thirsty person for water, you will both seek it eagerly and retain it carefully. And God is able to nourish the hungry not by bread alone but by His Word. He feeds us when we receive that Word with meekness and then do it, not only hearing it.

I am encouraged by your desire for daily, steady reading of the whole counsel of God and for speaking about it with one another. This is how remembrance of God is kept alive in us. When we carry Him always in our thoughts, we are helped both to choose what is good and to carry it through to the end. Continue in that systematic reading, meditating on it morning by morning with ears awake as disciples, and sharing it with those near you, as it is written that those who feared the Lord spoke with one another and the Lord listened.

Remember also that we need both prayer and practice. We ask for grace, and we also give our own part in obedience. You have prayed to be doers of the Word and not hearers only, and that is right. God gives the grace, and we walk in it with diligence, turning away from distraction and sin.

So I pray with you now for you and for your family, both those who walk with the Lord and those who are still lost. May the Father shine in your hearts the light of the knowledge of His glory in the face of Jesus Christ. May He give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know Him better and to know the hope of His calling. May He give you a sincere hunger for the milk and the solid food of His Word and daily bread for each day. May He open your minds to understand the Scriptures and keep your foundations firm. May He guard you from temptation and from the evil one, from deception and from every snare, and keep you in the name of Jesus Christ, the one Mediator between God and man. May He make you one in one body and one Spirit, under one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all.

May the Lord grant you wisdom, favor, and protection, and make your joy in the journey fruitful for His glory. Amen.
