Gods will and ways for ###s heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ### into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###’s heart and mind. Make me hi PRIORITY. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord with both compassion and discernment. First, we rejoice that you acknowledge Jesus as Lord in your prayer, this is the foundation of all true communion with God. As Scripture declares, "There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through Him that we approach the Father, and we are grateful you have done so.

Your desire for a godly marriage and a Christ-centered family is beautiful and aligns with God’s design. The Bible affirms, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from Yahweh" (Proverbs 18:22). However, we must gently address a few concerns in your prayer to ensure your steps align with Scripture.

You ask for this man to make you his "priority" and for a "deep spark" to be stirred within him. While it is natural to desire love and commitment, we must remember that our worth and security come first from Christ, not from another person’s affections. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). A godly man will not be manipulated into love, he will be drawn by the Holy Spirit to a woman who reflects Christ’s love. Instead of praying for him to prioritize you, pray for God to align his heart with His will, whether that includes you or not.

Your prayer also reveals a focus on your own desires, marriage, relocation, and a blended family. While these are not wrong in themselves, we must surrender them fully to God’s timing and sovereignty. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). This does not mean God will fulfill every longing as we imagine, but that as we seek Him first, He shapes our desires to match His perfect will.

We must also lovingly rebuke any hint of emotional dependency or control in relationships. The Bible warns, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this man is not a believer, this relationship cannot honor God. Even if he professes faith, we must examine whether his life reflects Christ’s lordship. A godly husband will lead with humility, not just affection. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her" (Ephesians 5:25).

Lastly, we must address the physical aspect of your connection. You mention a video call, which may seem harmless, but we must guard our hearts and minds. "But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust has committed adultery with her already in his heart" (Matthew 5:28). If this relationship is not leading toward marriage under God’s guidance, we must question whether it is wise to continue. Physical and emotional intimacy outside of marriage can lead to sin and heartache.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will above all else. Lord, we lift up this sister to You, asking that You fill her with Your peace and assurance. Help her to find her identity and security in Christ alone, not in the affections of another. Father, if this man is Your choice for her, soften his heart to Your leading. If he is not, close the door gently and reveal Your better plan.

Lord, we ask that You purify her desires. Let her long for a marriage that honors You, a union built on mutual submission to Christ, not just emotional or physical attraction. Protect her from relationships that would lead her away from You, and give her wisdom to discern Your voice.

Father, we pray for this man’s heart. If he does not know You, draw him to salvation. If he is a believer, mold him into a man after Your own heart, a provider, a protector, and a servant-leader. May he seek You first in all things, including his relationships.

Above all, Lord, let Your will be done. Whether this relationship leads to marriage or not, may Your name be glorified. Teach this sister to trust in Your timing and to walk in faith, not fear. Surround her with godly community and fill her with hope as she waits on You.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. Amen.

We encourage you to seek God’s face above all else. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to shape your desires and expectations. Surround yourself with mature believers who can offer wisdom and accountability. If this relationship is of God, He will confirm it through peace, godly counsel, and open doors. If it is not, trust that He has something far better in store.

Remember, "The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your path.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly, it’s clear how much you desire a future that honors God and brings stability to you and your boys. Waiting on someone else’s heart and mind can feel so vulnerable, and we sense how deeply you’re trusting God in that.

As you continue praying, one thing we’ve seen help many people in your shoes is to pair that prayer with practical preparation, especially when a stepfamily may be forming. Blending a family is a journey with unique joys and real complexities, and even the most loving intentions can stumble without some early guidance. You might find it grounding to talk with a pastor or a Christian counselor who understands stepfamily dynamics, or to read a book like The Smart Stepfamily by Ron Deal. That kind of preparation isn’t a lack of faith, it’s a way of stewarding the dream well while you wait on God’s timing.

We also want to gently remind you that your worth isn’t hanging on whether this man makes you his priority or declares his love out loud by a certain date. You are already seen, valued, and held by the One who fashioned your deepest longings. His care for you and your boys doesn’t waver, no matter how this relationship unfolds.

Lord, we bring this sister and her sons to You. You know the ache of wanting companionship and a united home. Please grant her patience and peace as she trusts You with her future. Guide both her and this man wisely, protect their hearts from confusion and hurry. If it is Your will, bring clarity and growth, and equip them to build a relationship that reflects Your goodness. Surround her boys with stability and love through every step. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is much in this prayer that sounds of earnest longing, yet I fear it is mixed with much that is of the flesh. You speak of God’s will and ways, but listen to the rush of your own words: make me his priority, stir a genuine romance, let him declare his love, make him see my value, view me as a perfect fit. Is this the language of one lying low before the throne, or of a heart busily painting its own picture and asking God to sign it? Our Lord taught us to pray, “Not as I will, but as Thou wilt,” yet here the “I will” crowds out the sacred submission. The will of God is the axle of the universe, not a servant to our timetables and romantic scripts. We dare not command the Almighty as though He were a merchant to fill our list of desires, for He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy, and He orders providence according to the counsel of His own will, not ours.

You speak of a man being shaped into a provider and a stepfather. But remember, Satan will be very busy with such prayers. He will tempt you to clutch at shadows, to force a door God has not opened, or to dress self-will in the robes of faith. The marriage bond is not a project we construct by the force of our wishing; it is a holy covenant into which God calls souls already made willing in the day of His power. If this man is to be bound to you, it must be by the Spirit’s inward work changing his will, not by your petitions that he feel a “deep spark.” True love grows not from sparks we demand but from the fear of the Lord and the quiet leading of providence. You ask for a visit, for a future together, for a petition to join him, all these plans unveiled as though you said, “We will go, we will continue, we will marry.” But is it not foolish to feel that everything will fall out as we desire, without a constant, trembling “If the Lord wills”?

I do not say your desires are wrong in themselves. The longing for companionship and a father for your children is no small thing. But I plead with you: lay your hand upon your mouth. Combine the boldness of “I will” with the brokenness of “Not as I will.” Jesus Himself, in Gethsemane, taught us that the sure way to have our way is when our way is swallowed up in God’s. You can never twist His arm by the violence of your pleading, but you may, by submission, find Him giving you the desires He Himself planted. Yet if this man is not God’s choice for you, if he is not one of the jewels the Lord is polishing for His own treasury, then all your striving will come to shame. We are not worth the picking up, mere pebbles on the shore, until grace makes us precious.

Therefore, instead of mapping out how he must view you as a perfect fit, ask rather that Christ be formed in you both, and that His will be done even if it crushes your fondest dream. The Lord will not leave His purpose half accomplished; He will finish the work. If this relationship is of Him, no power of hell can thwart it. If it is not, you do not want it, and you will bless Him for the closed door. Go now to your knees with this: “Father, glorify Thyself in me. I will trust Thee for a partner if it pleases Thee, but not as I will, but as Thou wilt. And if Thou say no, give me grace to kiss the hand that withholds, and to find all my fulfillment in Christ alone.” Then let peace rule, for the revealed will of God bids you walk uprightly and leave hidden things with Him.

You have prayed for God to touch this man’s heart and mind, to make you his priority, and to stir a romance. But consider: the heart of man is not ours to command, nor is it right to pray that God bend another’s will to suit our own desires. The Apostle says, “Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.” If this man be God’s elect for you, trust without demanding signs. But if he be not, no prayer can force what is not given by grace.

You ask for a deep spark and a declaration of love. Yet the Lord looks not on outward passion but on a contrite heart. David said, “A broken and a contrite heart God will not despise.” That heart is broken which does not rise up, does not strike, does not insist on its own way. Bind your heart and mind, then, not another’s. Let your soul be still and wait upon the Lord with humility.

You desire a provider, a stepfather for your boys, and a future in a far country. These are not evil in themselves, but they can become snares if they possess your heart. Look round at the houses of the great and the mighty, once filled with riches, now leveled to the ground. Do not set your hope on earthly stability, today a wedding garment, tomorrow widow’s weeds. The true treasure is in heaven, where no thief breaks through. Give alms with a pure heart, and store up for yourself a house not made with hands.

Above all, let the recollection of judgment and hell dwell in your mind like a bitter medicine, purging every unruly desire. If we fear God, we will not seek to manipulate His will but to obey from the heart the form of doctrine delivered to us: purity before marriage, patience in singleness, contentment in whatever state we find ourselves.

If your heart is pained because this man’s heart is slow, pray silently, as Hannah prayed when her lips moved but no voice was heard. Her cry rose from her heart, and God listened. Yet pray not that he become as you wish, but that God’s will be done in you, conforming you to Christ, the true Bridegroom of the Church. Then, whether this man comes or not, you shall be blessed, and your children shall learn to fear the Lord.

Thank you for trusting us with something so close to your heart. It is clear you deeply desire this relationship to flourish, and it is right to bring those longings openly before the Lord. He cares about every detail of your life, and no request escapes his notice.

What stands out in your prayer is how earnestly you have pictured the outcome: a sparked romance, a spoken declaration, a visit, marriage, a united family, a new life in America. Yet Scripture reminds us that the real work God wants to do begins much deeper. He looks past the outward circumstances and straight into the heart. Out of the heart flow the very issues of life. So the question becomes: whose will is shaping your heart right now? Is this prayer bending your desires around God’s purposes, or asking him to bend everything around yours?

Prayer was never meant to be the tool by which we accomplish our own will. Jesus himself taught us to say, “Not my will, but yours be done.” When we don’t even know what to ask for, the Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words, aligning us with what God knows is best. That means the deepest transformation happens not when God hands us exactly what we want, but when our hearts become soft enough to trust him with the answer, even if it looks different than we imagined.

That kind of trust is costly. Think of the faith that was willing to lay a promised son on an altar, believing God could raise the dead to keep his word. That kind of faith rests on who God is, not on how he must come through. True righteousness is never earned by ticking off the right requests or getting the right results. It comes by simply taking God at his word, believing that Christ’s death and resurrection are enough, and that he imputes goodness to us apart from our own failings. So you can stand before him without condemnation, not because you’ve arranged the perfect romance, but because your heart has yielded to Jesus.

Marriage itself is a divine gift, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and God’s ideal for it remains beautiful and unchanging. But even that gift can become an idol when we clutch it too tightly. If we insist on our own timetable and details, our hearts can grow hard, unwilling to bend or forgive or wait. That hardness is a tragedy because it blinds us to the real work God is doing. Like those who heard a prophet’s story and burned with righteous anger, only to discover, “You are that man.” The secrets of our own hearts are not hidden from him. He sees whether we are chasing his presence or merely his provisions.

So examine what you truly desire. One thing is worth seeking above all else: to dwell in fellowship with the Lord, to walk after his Spirit, to have his law written not with ink but on the fleshy tablets of your heart. When that inner transformation takes root, the outward actions follow. You can’t change your heart by arranging your circumstances. You can only bring your heart to him and ask, “Change me. Make me willing to accept whatever he sees fit to give.” That is the honest evidence of a work of God’s Spirit, not just temporary tears, but a lasting surrender that says, “I will never again force my own way.”

Commit this potential relationship to him afresh, but not with a list of demands. Instead, lay it down entirely. Ask him to shape both you and this man from the inside out, that whatever truly remains will be something he has built. The God who provided the sacrifice on Mount Moriah is the same God who holds your future. He will never owe you a debt he must repay. But he will call you to trust him with what you cannot control. That is the walk of faith, and it will lift you out of anxious striving onto solid ground.

Keep bringing your requests, but let the bottom line always be: your kingdom come, your will be done. In that surrendered place, peace will guard your heart, no matter what unfolds.
