Most merciful and Mighty Father as you bring us to the close of another year I pray that you continue to walk with us wherever we go. Give us the faith, grace, righteousness, and wisdom and all the tools we require to be good workers in your vineyard.
Continue to remove all the mountains and stumbling blocks that the enemy place in our, our wives, husbands, families, children, and friends' way, Father. Teach us to keep on praying whenever or wherever we get the spirit to. Let us remember to call on you whatever the situation, whether in joy or sorrow, and never leave space for the enemy to enter into our lives.
Fill us with wisdom and goodness.
Place godly persons in our paths so that we will always seek to do your will. May your word be our constant companion and reference book in time of happiness and adversity.
When times get rough and we feel like giving in, let us remember that you never gave up on us. We can call on you and we can lean on your everlasting arms. Thank you, Father, for the good times this year and those that were trying. This we now recognize is all part of what your Son Jesus went through for us and this is only a minor sacrifice. This too shall pass.
Loving Father, we look to the new year with great anticipation of miraculous works in our family lives, reconciliations of our spouses to you and then to us, and to whatever the year may bring that we be able to handle it because you will be our guide and helper.
Father, as we look forward to a deeper spiritual life with you, may you continue to shine your light on us all here on this site in Jesus' name. I pray in thanksgiving, Amen.
