God's Protection During This Extreme Heat Wave

Lord God, I come before You today with praise and thanks for all of the blessings You have showered upon me. Thank You for Your constant presence, Your guiding hand, Your comforting peace. Today I ask that You would watch over and protect all of the people suffering through this extreme heat wave. So many people are suffering, Father, and I ask that Your hand would be upon them. Help us look in on others who are at risk, give us energy to get through these oppressive days. Today and tomorrow's heat index readings are well above 120 degrees and so many do not have access to air conditioning or ways to cool down. Bless us with Your protection, provision and strength Father until this cycle breaks. In the name of Jesus, we give You all honor, glory and praise. Amen.
