Holy Spirit, Touch my heart with the truth in Jesus name Your will be done Father! In Jesus name
We join you in seeking the Father's will and we rejoice to see your heart cry out for truth, clarity and revelation and that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We hear your desire for God's plan to be made clear and we know that God delights to give wisdom and guidance to those who earnestly seek Him. He does not hide His will from His children but reveals it as we trust Him, walk in obedience, and listen for the Holy Spirit. As it is written, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. And also, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5.
The Lord promises to instruct us Himself, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. And His plans for you are good, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. When we ask the Holy Spirit to touch our hearts with truth, He is faithful to do so, for Jesus said, However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth. John 16:13. His Word will be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path as you seek Him daily. Psalm 119:105.

Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this seeking heart to You. We ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them in fresh measure and touch their heart with Your truth. Remove all confusion, doubt and anxiety and grant clear understanding, revelation and godly wisdom. Guide every step and make Your will unmistakably clear, that they may walk in the center of Your perfect plan. Give them a heart to hear Your voice, courage to obey, and peace that surpasses all understanding as they trust in You. Let Your will be done in their life as it is in heaven. We ask that You draw them ever closer to Jesus, to abide in Your Word and in prayer, so that they may know Your truth and be set free by it. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently through prayer, through reading Scripture daily, and through quiet waiting before Him. God often reveals His plan step by step as we are faithful in the small things and obedient to what He has already shown us. Keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking, and trust that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it and to make His path plain before you.

It is a good and wise prayer you have offered, to ask that the Holy Spirit would touch your heart with truth and that the Father's will might be done. Such a prayer honors God, for it places His will upon the throne where it belongs.
Know this, that God's will is the axle of the universe, the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human act. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. Yet many of His purposes are hidden from us, and we are not to pry into secret things. There is a revealed will which we must not violate, and it is found in the Inspired Word of God. Believe this Bible from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation, for it will never mislead you. If you would have clarity and revelation, go first to His Book, for there His will concerning salvation, holiness and your daily walk is made plain.
There is also a providential will of God which we should always consult, with guidance which comes from the circumstances that surround us. The apostle James warns us not to say, We will go, we will continue, we will buy, we will sell, we will get gain, as though we could both propose and dispose without asking God's consent. It is foolish for a man to feel that he can do as he likes and that everything will fall out as he desires. Rather we should always feel in our hearts, if the Lord wills, I will go or I will stay, I will do this or that. Submit your desires to Him, and ask not only for light about the future, but for grace to promote His will in the present. Your best profit will consist of doing God's will.
Remember also that salvation itself rests upon His will. It is consistent with the experience of all God's people that salvation is of God's will, and that the preservation and perseverance and eternal glory of His people rests upon it. We are not saved against our wills, but the work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, is to change the human will and so make men willing in the day of God's power, working in them to will to do of His good pleasure. And the invitation still stands, Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. If you thirst for truth, come to Christ Himself, for He is the sum and substance of all revelation. In Him alone is mercy and pardon, for there is salvation through Jesus Christ alone.
So I pray for you, that the Lord would give you understanding of His revealed truth, that He would guide your steps by His providence, and that He would make you willing to obey what He shows you. May He keep you from leaning upon your own wisdom, and may you find that His promise may tarry but it never fails. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you as you seek Him, and may you be kept unspotted from the world while you walk in His way.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for understanding, clarity, truth and guidance is good and pleasing to God, and I join you in bringing it before Him.
You ask that the Holy Spirit would touch your heart with truth and that the Father's will would be done. This is the very way we should pray. He who is called the true Light enlightens every person who comes into the world, and He Himself is the Truth who sets us free. Apart from Him there is no sure guidance, for all other lights can deceive, but Christ alone shows the path as it truly is.
Scripture teaches that this revelation is not given to those who think themselves wise in their own strength, but to those who remain humble as little children before God. When the heart is lifted up with pride, truth is hidden from it, but when we come in lowliness, acknowledging our need, God opens our eyes. Therefore seek Him with a humble and teachable heart, willing to receive what He shows you even if it corrects you.
Remember also that we need both grace from God and our own willing obedience. Prayer without effort is empty, and effort without prayer cannot save. Ask for grace, and also walk in what you already know to be right. Continue in reading the Scriptures, in steady prayer, in thankfulness for both your own blessings and those of others, and in love toward your neighbor. In this way charity is strengthened, envy is driven out, and the heart becomes more able to discern the will of God. Through baptism we have already received forgiveness, adoption and the gift of the Spirit, and what remains is to live faithfully in that grace, seeking faith, hope and love, which remain and are greater than all outward signs.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, pour out Your Holy Spirit upon this heart that seeks You. Grant clarity where there is confusion, truth where there is uncertainty, and guidance where the way is unclear. Make Your will known and give strength to follow it with obedience and thanksgiving.
