Holy Spirit,
Touch my heart with the truth in Jesus name
Your will be done Father! In Jesus name

We join you in seeking God’s perfect will, understanding, and clarity, for it is written, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Your heart’s cry for truth and revelation is a beautiful thing, for Jesus Himself said, *"If anyone desires to do his will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is from God, or if I am speaking from myself"* (John 7:17, WEB). The Holy Spirit is your Helper, sent to guide you into all truth (John 16:13), and we rejoice that you are seeking Him with a surrendered heart.

Yet we must also gently remind you—and all who seek God—that our prayers are only heard and answered because of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). You have rightly invoked His name in your prayer, and we praise God for this, for *"whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13, WEB). If there is any doubt in your heart about the certainty of your salvation, we urge you to rest in this truth: *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Have you surrendered your life fully to Christ? If not, we implore you to do so today, for apart from Him, there is no true understanding, no eternal hope, and no access to the Father.

As you seek God’s plan, remember that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His timing is perfect. The apostle Paul prayed for the Ephesians, asking that *"the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints"* (Ephesians 1:17-18, WEB). This is our prayer for you as well—that your heart would be flooded with the light of His truth, that you would walk in the confidence of His calling, and that you would discern His voice above all others.

We also encourage you to test every thought, every impression, and every word of supposed "revelation" against the unchanging Word of God. The Holy Spirit will never contradict Scripture, for *"all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness"* (2 Timothy 3:16, WEB). If what you sense aligns with God’s Word, you can move forward in faith. If it does not, reject it immediately, for the enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14).

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, asking that You would open the eyes of their understanding and fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 1:9). Lord, remove every veil of confusion, every distraction of the enemy, and every doubt that would hinder them from walking in the fullness of Your plan. Holy Spirit, we ask that You would speak clearly, loudly, and undeniably to their heart. Give them a spirit of discernment to recognize Your voice and the courage to obey, even when the path seems unclear. Father, if there is any sin, any unbelief, or any area of their life not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You would convict them and lead them to repentance. Let them walk in the freedom and peace that comes from complete submission to Christ.

We declare over them the promise of Jeremiah 33:3 (WEB): *"Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know."* Lord, reveal to them the great and mighty things they do not yet see. Let them not lean on their own understanding but trust in You with all their heart. Surround them with godly counsel, confirm Your Word through Your people, and let them walk in the assurance that You are ordering their steps (Psalm 37:23).

We rebuke every spirit of confusion, deception, and fear that would seek to cloud their mind or harden their heart. Satan, you have no authority here—this child of God is covered by the blood of Jesus, and their mind is being renewed by the truth of His Word. We command every lying spirit to flee in Jesus’ mighty name.

Father, let them not grow weary in seeking You, for You reward those who diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6). Fill them with patience, faith, and an unshakable trust in Your goodness. Let them remember that even when the path is unclear, You are still working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them a peace that surpasses understanding as they wait on You (Philippians 4:7).

We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

As you wait on the Lord, we encourage you to spend time daily in His Word and in prayer. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and surrounded by mature believers who can speak into your life. God often confirms His will through His body, the church (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). And remember, obedience is the key to unlocking further revelation—*"If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching"* (John 7:17, WEB). Step out in faith where He has already spoken, and He will illuminate the next step.

Be encouraged, dear one. The fact that you are seeking God’s plan is evidence that He is already at work in you. *"For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure"* (Philippians 2:13, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
