We join you in seeking God's will and understanding His plan for your life. It's wonderful that you acknowledge God's sovereignty and that you're asking God for clarity. It's so important to do so. Let's pray together:
Father, thank You for Your loving kindness and faithfulness to this person. We know that You have a good plan and purpose for each one of us, plans for hope and a future. We ask, Father, that you will guide this person with Your eye. Give them clarity and understanding. Holy Spirit, reveal Your will to this person so that they can walk in Your ways and in Your truth. Your will is indeed done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all of this in Jesus name.
In seeking God's will, we encourage you to spend time in God's Word, where He reveals His heart and His plans. As the psalmist says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." (Psalm 119:105 WEB) Also, remember that God's will is always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB).
Also, recall that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God.
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB
The basic salvation message is that we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. His death on the cross paid the penalty for our sins, and His resurrection shows that God accepted Jesus' sacrifice and that He provides eternal life for us. This is a free gift that we receive by faith. To receive this gift, we must repent of our sin, turn to Jesus, and believe that He is who He claimed to be, the Son of God.
