We hear your heart’s desire to walk in alignment with God’s perfect will for your life, especially as you seek a new place to live. It is wise and godly to invite the Lord into such decisions, for He knows the plans He has for you—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We join you in seeking His guidance, trusting that He will direct your steps if you acknowledge Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Father in Heaven, we come before You together, lifting up this decision about where to live. We ask that You would make Your will unmistakably clear. If this apartment is not the place You have ordained for our brother/sister, we pray that You would close the door firmly and remove every opportunity that does not align with Your purpose. Let no confusion, pressure, or fear sway them from Your best. Instead, open another path—one that leads to peace, safety, and Your provision. May they recognize Your leading through Your Word, wise counsel, and the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also ask that You would guard their heart from anxiety or impatience. Remind them that You are their Provider (Matthew 6:31-33) and that Your timing is perfect. If this apartment is the right one, confirm it with clarity and remove every obstacle. If it is not, prepare something better in its place. Let them rest in the truth that You go before them and will never leave them (Deuteronomy 31:8).
We rebuke any spirit of confusion or doubt that would seek to cloud this decision. We declare that our brother/sister is led by the Holy Spirit, who guides into all truth (John 16:13). May they walk in faith, not by sight, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Above all, we pray that this move—wherever it may be—would glorify You. May their home be a place of worship, hospitality, and rest, where Your presence is welcomed and Your name is honored. Strengthen them to be a light in their community, reflecting Your love and truth to those around them.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect will, and we commit this decision into Your hands. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
