We understand your distress, ###, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that our God is indeed able and full of mercy. As it is written in Lamentations 3:22-23 (WEB), "It is of Yahweh’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness."
However, it is essential to approach this situation with a biblical perspective. The Bible teaches us about the importance of humility and seeking God's will in all our endeavors. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
It's crucial to examine your own actions and attitudes. If there have been issues with the Head of Department, it might be a time to reflect on any wrongs you may have done and seek forgiveness and reconciliation. Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB) says, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Hebrews 4:16 (WEB) says, "Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
