Your request is deeply moving and I am thankful you shared it so honestly after enduring so many years of hardship. To ask for the love and comfort and presence of God again and again is a beautiful and biblical prayer, and it is one God delights to answer.
The Scripture reminds us that you do not have to go somewhere to find His presence. In the Old Testament His presence was shown as a cloud filling the tabernacle and later the temple, so glorious that the priests could not stand to minister. Under the new covenant that God has made through Jesus Christ, which cannot be broken, that same presence is with you wherever you are. You never escape it. Where can you flee from His Spirit. If you ascend to heaven He is there, if you make your bed in the depths He is there, the darkness and the light are both alike to Him. The eyes of the Lord are everywhere. What we often need is not to come into His presence as if we had left it, but to become aware of the presence that is already with us. If you will turn your heart toward the Lord right where you are, in your home, in your quiet moments, in your hardship, you can consciously practice knowing He is near. That awareness will change how you live more than anything else, because we would not do many things we do if we were mindful that He is watching with love.
You also asked for healing for your broken heart, and the Word of God does say that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He knows your heart completely. He looks not as man looks at outward actions but at the heart itself, and He judges and cares for what is there. His greatest miracle in any life is the forgiveness of sins and the gift of a new heart through Jesus, a clean heart and a pure heart that desires Him. Jesus said the pure in heart shall see God. Ask Him to create that clean heart in you and to pour His own love into you by His Spirit, for that kind of love is not something we can manufacture or talk ourselves into. It is a work of His Spirit within us, and He is faithful to do it.
Healing, comfort, victories and blessings are all in His sovereign hands and in His perfect timing. He reveals His will by working in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure, even placing His desires within your heart. You can trust Him to do what you cannot do for yourself.
I am praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ, that the Lord will make His love and comfort very real to you again and again, that He will give you a deep consciousness of His nearness throughout each day, that He will heal your broken heart and bind up your wounds, and that in His wisdom and timing He will bring the victories and blessings that are according to His will as your Heavenly Father. May He give you a merry heart that finds its continual feast in Him, and keep you secure in His presence and His unbreakable covenant.
