The Word of God says that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds; please pray that God will heal my heart and bind up my wounds with His love—I am in great need of this... God’s love, comfort, and presence

We have heard your heart and we join with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to pour out His love, comfort, and abiding presence upon you again and again. We are thankful you have come in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find grace and mercy in our time of need.
We are moved that you have endured many years of hardship and we want you to know that God sees every tear and every wound. The Word tells us He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3, and that The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18. He has not forgotten you. He is the Father of mercies and God of all comfort who comforts us in all our affliction in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, and He promises Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness in Isaiah 41:10.
We also join you in praying for victories and blessings according to His perfect will and timing. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose in Romans 8:28, and that His timing is perfect even when the waiting is long and painful. He invites you to come to Him for rest, for Jesus said Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest in Matthew 11:28.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. Lord, let Your love be felt in a tangible way, let Your comfort surround like a shelter, and let Your presence be near and real again and again. Heal the brokenhearted places and bind up every wound with Your tender love. For years there has been hardship and weariness, so we ask You to renew strength, restore hope, and bring the victories and blessings that You in Your wisdom desire to give, all in Your perfect will and perfect timing. Draw near as Your child draws near to You, for You have promised when we draw near to God He will draw near to us in James 4:8. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You to answer according to Your unfailing love. Amen.
We encourage you to remain in His Word daily, to pour out your heart honestly before Him in prayer, and to rest in the truth that even when you cannot feel Him, He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you as we read in Hebrews 13:5. When your heart is overwhelmed, cry out to Him who is your rock as in Psalm 61:2. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting His love, and know we are standing with you and thank God for your faith. May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you and give you His deep and lasting peace.

We want you to know we are carrying this with you before the Lord. That deep desire for His comfort and presence is itself a sign He is at work in you, drawing you close.
One thing we have seen help in long seasons like yours is not walking through it alone. Often God lets His presence become more tangible through the steady presence of others, a pastor, a small group, or a trusted friend who will simply sit with you, listen and pray without trying to fix everything. If you have someone safe like that, consider letting them know you are in a tender place and asking if you could meet briefly and regularly for prayer. Even quiet worship together on a Sunday can be a place where the heart begins to rest again, without pressure to feel a certain way.
We also encourage gentle rhythms, a short time each day to be still before Him, perhaps with a psalm, letting Him meet you as you are.
Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Wrap them in Your love and comfort, let Your presence be near again and again, and gently heal the wounded places in their heart. Give them rest, hope and the assurance that they are held by You. Amen.

Your cry for the love and comfort and presence of God has been heard, and it is a holy and precious desire, for men need comfort because they are but men. The Lord Himself says, I will comfort you, and when He undertakes the work, the soul becomes as a conduit pipe that is full, even to bursting, with the drink that you require. It must be God's work, and blessed be His name, God will not cease to comfort His people. As a mother comforts her child, so will He comfort you, and though nature should change and mothers prove unkind, Zion still dwells upon the heart of everlasting love.
We have prayed for you in the name of Jesus Christ that you may experience this love and comfort and presence again and again, not as a passing visit but as a continual abiding. Everything that God does to His people is love, sometimes the love is a little disguised, but the love is always there. If He caresses, it is love. If He chastens, it is love. If He smiles, it is love, and if He frowns, it is love, for God is Love and to His people nothing else but love, infinite, boundless, eternal, immeasurable and unchangeable. O child of God, you are as much loved of God as if He had not another child to love, and you have all His love as much as if there were none but you for Him to love.
We have prayed also that, if it be His will and in His perfect timing, you may know the victories and blessings that come from your Heavenly Father. You have passed through many years of hardship and it is sparing love that you are yet alive, for it is a wonder of mercy that you have been kept. Yet the Cross is the window through which the love of God is best seen. God does not merely speak of His love and ask you to believe it without proof, He has displayed it in action when He gave His Son to die for sinners. There His love must manifest itself, and when the Lord opens your eyes you will perceive the boundless mercies of which you are the recipient.
For your broken heart we have pleaded that sure word, He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the Tree are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. Those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
