We have heard your cry and we join with you together before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that you have come boldly seeking His love, comfort, and presence.
We are moved by your honesty about enduring many years of hardship and your great need for healing, and we praise God that you have asked in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find salvation and comfort. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
Your desire to experience His love and presence again and again is so precious to God, and your trust in His perfect will and timing for victories and blessings honors Him. We are reminded that nothing can separate us from His love, for we are persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. Even in long seasons of hardship, He remains near. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. He is the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, and He has promised, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. We ask that You pour out Your unfailing love upon them again and again, that they would tangibly feel Your comfort and Your abiding presence each day. Lord, You see the many years of hardship and the wounds carried in the heart, and we ask You to heal the brokenhearted and bind up every wound with Your tender love. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Your perfect will and timing, grant victories and blessings that flow from Your hand, not for our glory but for Yours, and help them to know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. Draw them close and let them rest in the fullness of joy that is in Your presence Psalm 16:11, and remind them day by day that You will never leave nor forsake them. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in His Word and in prayer, to cast all your worries on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to wait with hope on His timing. He has not forgotten you and His love for you is steadfast and everlasting. We have heard your cry and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, that you may know again and again the love and comfort and presence of our God.
The Lord Himself says, As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you. The work of comforting His saints is not too low for God to be engaged in. He does not say, I will send an angel to comfort you, but I will comfort you. All real comfort to a broken heart must come directly from God Himself, though He may sometimes use instruments. And as a mother must comfort her child when it is very sick and fretful, with soft words always on her lips, comforting it again and again and again, so the Lord will not cease to comfort His people. He will not despise your long years of hardship, but will meet you with tender mercies suited to your need.
You have asked according to the Word which says, He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. There is no wound too deep for His hand. Best of all, as the Healer of broken hearts, God has chosen One whose own heart was broken. Reproach broke the heart of Jesus and He was full of heaviness, and the brokenhearted Savior is the Healer of brokenhearted sinners. Christ will not allow sorrow to abide in His presence without attempting to relieve it. Bring your poor broken heart to the heart that was once pierced for you and find sweetest rest in Jesus. That brokenness of spirit which arises from sorrow and trouble, the Lord often uses to lead the soul into contrition and nearer fellowship with Himself, so that what seemed a great calamity becomes the way of great spiritual blessing.
Do not question His love, for everything that God does to His people is love. If He caresses, it is love. If He chastens, it is love. If He smiles, it is love. If He frowns, it is love, for God is love and to His people nothing but love, infinite, boundless, eternal, unchangeable, perpetual love. You are as much loved of God as if He had not another child to love. You have all His love, as much as if there were none but you for Him to love. Pray then not according to the measure of our poor little heart that is so shriveled and cold and weak, but according to God's great heart that is infinite and full of grace. The measure of divine goodness is the heart of God, and the reason of His goodness lies in His own heart. According to His own heart He does great things for His people.
We pray that the Lord will give you a tender heart to perceive His presence, for there is a heart by which we perceive the presence of God and feel His operations, as it is written, Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. May He open your eyes to see His hand in your daily mercies and your ears to hear His voice of love, and may He write His law of love upon your heart and preserve you by that writing.
So we pray for you, that in His perfect timing and according to His perfect will, you may experience His love shed abroad in your heart, His comfort sustaining you day by day, and His manifest presence abiding with you, and that He will heal your heart and bind up your wounds with His own hand, and grant you those victories and blessings which come from our Heavenly Father, all for the sake and through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation. May the Lord keep you near His house and near His Word, where His comfort is most sweetly known, and may He cause His love to spring up in your heart in return, that you may love Him who has so loved you.

We join with you in prayer and thank you for sharing your heart so openly after many years of hardship. We ask our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you would experience His love, comfort and near presence again and again, not as a fleeting feeling but as a steady reality grounded in His promises.
The Word of God does indeed say that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, and that He is close to those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that the Lord Himself would dress your wounds and heal the hurt that has gathered over these long years, pouring His love into your heart by the Holy Spirit and giving you peace that guards your heart and mind in Christ. As you wait, may He teach you to rest in His love even in trial, to give thanks in all things and to find comfort in communion with Him and with His people.
We also pray as you asked, that if it be His will and in His perfect timing, He would grant you victories and blessings from His gracious hand according to His wisdom and love for you. We ask that He would keep you in faith, hope and love, and that love would grow and remain as the greatest of these, sustaining you and drawing you closer to Christ each day. May the Lord strengthen you to walk in obedience to His Word, which is the sure proof of love for Him, and may you know with confidence that nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
