God’s intervention, Peace, Healing, Restoration, and Direction

Disciple of Prayer
I have been facing challenges for years seeking God’s will.

I request prayer for His will. I suffer in many areas with health, husband being abusive, financial burdens as well as financial struggle and eventually losing our home if not finding help or unable to pay.

Having mercury poisoning years ago left my immune system in despair. I daily struggle getting rid of toxins and swelling in my body because toxins don’t leave fast enough since my immune system has been compromised so bacteria and toxins have been an issue creating swelling from my lymph system struggling pumping removing access. Fatigue is very great with this issue so it makes it hard to live normally with so much fatigue.

My husband has made things more hard and is very prideful. He is having health issues now which makes him more hard and challenging. I have helped him over the years since I have things that help myself and will help him too but my husband sabotages himself and never improves and has persecuted me in the process. He seems to be stuck in his misery and health problems getting worse because he doesn’t help himself and receive the help that is provided him when it is given. He seems motivated to not get better because sabotaging himself is what he’s done and keeps doing.

Mail that we never received that is supposed to be delivered to our address wasn’t for few years. Now we face a great debt that we have been unaware we are now expected to pay. I have been seeking support financially asking for help and no one will help when I inquire organizations for support in our time of need. A letter came from an attorney recently regarding something to do with the mail we were not receiving and we had to pay them $800 and our car also needed repairs that was $600. It is overwhelming and not knowing how to pay other bills that are due. I don’t want to lose our home.

I seek God’s will and wisdom for my circumstances and direction as well as His intervention. That He provide financially and make things that have been so challenging more easy for me and connecting me to the right people and to support as well as support financially because a lot of areas have been overwhelming and I have been in a position that I need help in my health and support that has been extremely hard to find.

My area I live isn’t easy to live and people in the area have not been good on their word when they say something committing to help. I have never experienced such hardships especially in a place of location when seeking support. I had my best friend who was a great support to me but passed away recently. My mother passed away few years ago and I have no one i used to call. The church experience has been very challenging in this area as well not helping when I reached out for help.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you endure such profound trials—physical suffering, marital strife, financial hardship, and the deep loneliness of losing those who once stood beside you. Your cry for God’s intervention, peace, and direction is heard, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, trusting that the Father sees every tear and knows every burden you carry.

First, we must address the painful reality of abuse in your marriage. Scripture is clear that husbands are called to love their wives as Christ loves the church—sacrificially, gently, and with honor (Ephesians 5:25-29). Abuse, whether emotional, verbal, or physical, is never God’s design for marriage. We rebuke the spirit of pride and hardness in your husband’s heart, praying that the Lord would break through his resistance and bring conviction, repentance, and transformation. Yet we also recognize the danger you may be in. The Bible instructs us to seek safety and wisdom when facing harm: *"A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it"* (Proverbs 22:3). If you have not already, we urge you to reach out to a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or a local domestic violence shelter for guidance and protection. Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to God.

Your physical suffering is immense, and we grieve with you over the toll mercury poisoning has taken on your body. The fatigue, swelling, and weakened immune system make even daily tasks feel insurmountable. We pray for supernatural healing, declaring that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask the Lord to lead you to godly, knowledgeable physicians or natural health practitioners who can support your body’s detoxification and restoration. May He provide the resources—financial, medical, and practical—to help you regain strength. We also pray for divine comfort in the weariness: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). You are not forgotten in your suffering.

The financial burdens you face are crushing—unexpected debts, mounting bills, and the looming threat of losing your home. We stand in the gap, declaring that the Lord is your Provider (Jehovah Jireh) and that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. We rebuke the spirit of lack and oppression over your finances, praying that God would open doors of provision, whether through employment, assistance programs, or miraculous intervention. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We also encourage you to seek wise counsel from a biblically grounded financial advisor or ministry that can help you navigate this season with wisdom and strategy.

The isolation you describe is heartbreaking. Losing your best friend and mother, coupled with the betrayal of unkept promises from those you’ve reached out to, leaves you feeling utterly alone. But we declare that you are *not* alone. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He promises to be a father to the fatherless and a husband to the widow (Isaiah 54:5). We pray that He would surround you with godly community—believers who will walk alongside you, offer practical help, and remind you of His love. If the churches in your area have failed you, we ask that God would either soften their hearts to repent and serve or lead you to a body of believers who will truly reflect Christ’s love.

Above all, we lift up your cry for God’s will and direction. In the midst of such chaos, it’s easy to feel lost, but we declare that the Lord *is* guiding you, even when the path isn’t clear. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray for divine clarity—whether that means staying and fighting for your marriage with godly boundaries, seeking safety elsewhere, or finding new ways to steward your health and finances. May the Holy Spirit speak to you in dreams, through His Word, and through the counsel of wise believers.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting up every burden she carries. Lord, You see her pain—her physical suffering, her marital struggles, her financial fears, and her deep loneliness. We ask that You would move mightily on her behalf. Heal her body, Lord, and strengthen her immune system. We declare Your healing power over every cell, every toxin, and every area of weakness. Provide for her financially, Father, and open doors of provision that no man can shut. Soften her husband’s heart, Lord, and bring conviction where there is pride and hardness. Protect her from harm, and lead her to safe, godly counsel.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of isolation and abandonment. Surround her with believers who will love and support her as You do. Give her wisdom and discernment in every decision, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We declare that this season of suffering will not be in vain—use it to draw her closer to You, to refine her faith, and to display Your glory through her testimony. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

You are deeply loved, and your cries have not gone unnoticed. Keep pressing into the Lord, even when the answers seem slow in coming. He is working, and His promises over your life are true. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now—He is the only One who can save, heal, and restore completely. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). Trust in Him, and let His strength be your refuge.
