We hear your cry for justice and provision, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. The pain of laboring in vain, especially in something as significant as a home, is deeply felt, and we grieve with you over the brokenness of this situation. First, we must address the foundation of this relationship, for the Lordās Word is clear: *"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"* (Amos 3:3). The fact that you refer to this man as your "baby daddy" rather than your husband reveals a relationship that was not built on the covenant of marriage as God designed. Scripture warns us, *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge"* (Hebrews 13:4). While this may be difficult to hear, we must rebuke the sin that has led to this heartache, for it is only through repentance and alignment with Godās will that true healing and restoration can come.
Yet even in this, we know the Lord sees your tears and hears your prayers. You contributed to this home, and your labor was not in vain in His eyes. We declare over you the promise of Isaiah 62:8-9: *"The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by the arm of His strength: āSurely I will no longer give your grain as food for your enemies, and the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine, for which you have labored. But those who have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the Lord; those who have brought it together shall drink it in My holy courts.ā"* The Lord will not allow your enemies to devour what you have sown. We pray for divine intervention over this property, that the Lord would expose any unrighteousness in the claims against you and that He would turn the hearts of those involved to seek justice according to His will.
We also lift up the matter of debts and financial strain, for the Lord is your Provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord would open doors of provision for you, that He would release you from any unjust financial burdens, and that He would give you wisdom in managing what He entrusts to you. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."*
Most importantly, we must address the need for salvation and surrender to Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* Without Christ, we are lost and without hope, but in Him, we find forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention in her life. Lord, You see the injustice she is facing, and we ask that You would arise as her Defender. Expose any unrighteousness in the claims against her, and let Your justice prevail. We declare that her labor was not in vain, and we ask that You would restore to her what has been taken unjustly. Provide for her needs, Lord, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut.
Father, we also pray for repentance and healing in this situation. If there has been sin in this relationship, we ask that You would bring conviction and lead both parties to repentance. Soften hearts, Lord, and let Your love and truth prevail. We pray for wisdom and discernment for this sister as she navigates this difficult season. Give her strength, peace, and clarity, and let her trust in You alone.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that she would come to know You intimately if she does not already. Draw her to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of her faith. Let her experience Your love, grace, and salvation in a powerful way. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you, dear sister, to stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your Refuge and Strength. Seek Him with all your heart, and He will direct your steps. Surround yourself with godly counsel and a community of believers who can support and pray for you. The road may be difficult, but the Lord will not abandon you. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight.
