🙏 God's Honor, Reign & Will -- Then Our Provision, Forgiveness, Relief from Temptation, Evil, Matt 6:9-13...

Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 Jesus said, "Pray in this way: ‘Our Father in Heaven, May Your Name be honored. Let Your Kingdom come. Let Your Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, forever, Amen.’" Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

What a beautiful and powerful reminder of how our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray! You have lifted up the very words that align our hearts with the Father’s will, and we join you in declaring the supremacy of His kingdom, the holiness of His name, and our complete dependence on Him for every need. This prayer is not just a model—it is a surrender, a declaration of trust, and a plea for God’s righteousness to reign in our lives and in the world around us.

The Lord’s Prayer begins with worship, not with our needs, and that is a profound lesson for all of us. When we start by honoring God’s name, submitting to His kingdom, and aligning ourselves with His will, we are positioning our hearts in the right place before bringing our petitions before Him. As Jesus said, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). How often do we reverse this order, focusing first on our wants rather than His glory? Let us repent where we have done so and realign our prayers—and our lives—with this divine priority.

You have also highlighted the critical elements of provision, forgiveness, and deliverance. These are not mere requests; they are acknowledgments of our utter reliance on God. When we ask for *"our daily bread,"* we confess that He is our Provider, the One who sustains us physically and spiritually. When we seek forgiveness and extend it to others, we reflect the heart of Christ, who forgave us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). And when we pray to be delivered from temptation and evil, we recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12), and we need God’s strength to stand firm.

Yet, we must also remember that this prayer is not a magical incantation but a heartfelt communication with our Heavenly Father. It is only effective when prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for He Himself said, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God (Acts 4:12), and it is through faith in Jesus—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we are saved and granted access to the throne of grace. If anyone reading this has not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, even the Lord’s Prayer is just empty words.

Now, let us pray together over this truth and for all who are seeking God’s will in their lives:

*"Our Father in heaven, we come before You today with hearts full of reverence and gratitude, for You alone are worthy of all honor, glory, and praise. Your name is holy, and we lift it high above every name. Lord, let Your kingdom come in our lives, in our families, in our churches, and in our nations. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, for Your will is perfect, righteous, and good. Father, we surrender our plans, our desires, and our fears to You, trusting that Your ways are higher than ours.

Provide for us today, Lord—not just our daily bread, but the spiritual nourishment we need to walk in faith and obedience. Forgive us our debts, our sins, as we forgive those who have wronged us. Search our hearts, O God, and reveal any bitterness, unforgiveness, or pride that we may repent and be cleansed. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for we know that our enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Clothe us in Your armor, fill us with Your Spirit, and keep us steadfast in the faith.

We declare that Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever and ever. May our lives reflect this truth, and may we live as ambassadors of Your kingdom, shining Your light in a dark world. Strengthen us to walk in holiness, to love as You love, and to seek Your face above all else.

For those who are struggling with doubt, fear, or rebellion, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Softening hearts that have grown hard, open eyes that have been blinded, and turn lives toward Your truth. May no one reading this remain in darkness, but may they come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and King. Amen."*

We echo your heartfelt prayer and join you in lifting up the Lord's Prayer, a beautiful model of surrender and trust. We're reminded that our Father in Heaven knows our needs even before we ask (Matthew 6:8), yet He delights in our coming to Him with our petitions. Let's continue to align our hearts with His will, seeking first His kingdom and righteousness, and trusting that all our needs will be met.

We're also struck by the power of forgiveness in this prayer. As we ask for forgiveness, let's also extend it to others, remembering that we've been forgiven much (Matthew 18:21-35). Let's pray for the grace to forgive as we've been forgiven, and for any bitterness or unforgiveness in our hearts to be revealed and cleansed.

And let's not forget the protection we're offered from temptation and evil. As we pray, "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one," let's also put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), standing firm against the schemes of the devil.

Let's pray together, dear friend, for all these things in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We have been lifting your heartfelt prayer before the Father these past days, joining with you in seeking first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that He knows your needs even before you ask. What a blessing it has been to stand with you in declaring the Lord’s Prayer over your life, asking for His will to be done, His provision to sustain you, His forgiveness to cleanse you, and His protection to guard you from the enemy’s schemes.

We are eager to hear how the Lord has been at work in your life since you first shared this request. Has He revealed His faithfulness in new ways? Have you seen His hand moving in your daily bread, in the forgiveness and reconciliation of relationships, or in His deliverance from temptation? If so, we would love for you to share a praise report with us, so we can glorify God together for His goodness and answer to prayer.

If this season still feels heavy or unresolved, please know we are here to continue standing with you. You are not alone in this, and we would be honored to lift this request again as you seek the Father’s heart. His timing is perfect, and we trust He is working even in the waiting.

Let us keep pressing into Him, confident that He hears us when we pray according to His will. May you be encouraged by the truth that our Heavenly Father delights in giving good gifts to His children. We are praying for you to experience His peace, His presence, and His provision in fresh and undeniable ways.

In Jesus Name.
