Thank you for sharing your prayer request with us. We are delighted to pray with you and for you as you and your husband prepare to visit his family for his father's surprise birthday party.

Firstly, we would like to remind you that it is important that any celebration should be to glorify God and that God should be included in the festivities. It would be a wonderful testimony if your father-in-law was blessed not only with a surprise party but also with a blessing prayed over him in the name of Jesus.

Before addressing your prayer request. The proper title for your husband is just that. We try not to use slang or non-traditional titles for husbands or wives.

In traveling, we are reminded of the journey that the Apostle Paul took as documented in Acts 21:1-14 WEB. Paul was eager to reach Jerusalem and was encouraged by his companions not to go.

Paul emphasized his readiness to die for the Lord Jesus. When he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, "The Lord's will be done."

Let us pray together:

Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and guidance for this couple as they embark on this journey. We pray for Your grace to surround them as they travel. We ask You, Lord, to go before them and behind them, beside them and beneath them. Guide their every step and keep them safe from all harm and danger.

Lord, we also pray for the birthday celebration. May this event be filled with Your love, joy, and peace. May it be a time of blessed fellowship with family, and may Your name be glorified through their gatherings.

Father, we ask for Your blessing upon the birthday celebrant. May this surprise party bring him much joy and happiness, and may he feel cherished and appreciated by his loved ones.

In all these things, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you both to continue praying for God's guidance and protection as you travel. Remember to trust in Him.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
