God's Grace And Mercy

Hi everyone! I would like to ask for everyone to pray for me to overcome the weakness that has hindered me for so long and for me to prosper in my life. I have been dealing with a particular weakness for so long. I always seem to fall short with this weakness and sometimes I feel that when I fall for this weakness that I cause curses to come upon me for my actions. I am really trying to overcome this and I have been having great improvements in this area. However, after a long period of time, I fell for this weaknesses again. I would like for you guys to pray that I over come this weakness and for God to have mercy on me. I fear God and I love him. I want to overcome this. I want to live for him. I am so thankful for all God has done for me and I want to completely give my life to Him. God has blessed with a second chance to accomplish my career goals and I pray that God take me to high places. I also thank him for bringing someone wonderful in my life, and I love him very much. Is there anyway that you are attending church at the moment? be good if you are and then, you can get a sister there to be accountable to...that will be much better as it is a one to one basis and a face to face kinda couselling

Meanwhile, you could send me a private message if u still need help. But try and find a church where u can get a one to one personal attention from a matured church sister.

Lord, we come in agreement that You will lead Princess to the right church and that You will bring to the rigth church sister for Princess to be encouraged and be minsitered to. I ask this in Your most Precious Name, Jesus, amen-Matthew 18:18-19

Thank you so much for your prayer! I was saved at a very young age and have always tried to maintain a close relationship with God and deep rooted in church. I grew up in Christ, nurtured myself with God's word, remained pure, but stopped attending my church a few years back after being humiliated in church by my pastor because he was uncomfortable having a a church member who attends college around him. I left because I was hurt, but I would really like to find a new church near the graduate school that I will be attending this fall. Thank you for praying that I will find one in the near future. Also, thank you for bringing this to my attention because the problem that I have developed did not start until I stopped attending my church home. I really feel that by finding a church home that I will be delivered from the problem that I am having. I have asked God to forgive me, but I still feel like God is disappointed in me and will punish me even though I am deeply sorry. I really want to change and be a better person in the sight of God. Please continue to pray for me as I pray for you. Again, thank you.

Thank you for your prayer Cyndi! This is something that I have been seeing myself slowly doing over the weeks, which has given me strength. Although, I'm still not perfect in this area, I feel that I have come along way and I know that God knows my heart, sees my improvement, and knows that I want to do better. Thank you robinfoxnicola! I have faith that God will deliver me, and I know that there is always a way to escape. I want to walk closer with God and serve him! Consistently, I have told myself that its ok, but the Bible also lets us know that if we can't say no to something then it controls us and one thing that we are to have is self-control. I want to be delivered and I want to serve God. Thanks for your advice and I will continue to increase the time that I spend in the written word of God. I will consume His word daily. My heart just broke when you said that God is punishing you even you have deeply repented. I wished I could show you His hurting heart for you.

He even remembers that day when you were deeply been hurt by the way your pastor humilliated you becos of your pastor's own insecurities. Plese forgive your pastor, my dear sweet sister. Forgiving your ex-pastor iS the very KEY to your freedom from that struggles/weakness/torment that you are facing. Please see it that it is nothing to do with God punishing you, dear daughter Here is a scripture to make it clearer to you, dear daughter :- Matthew 18:21-34..key word here is the tormentors or torturers...i know it is very hard and strong this story, but please remember dear that this warning is to protect us, NOT to harm us at all. Instead, please take this as an encouragement, dear.

so to get rid of that weakness that is 'tormenting' you like a curse, is forgiveness i too had to learn the hard way when it came to forgiving someone who was so dear to me and that someone actually betrayed me but i had to move on or else i will be stuck till now in my own curse. Praise God you too can come out of that ugly struggle and please find a church that will nuture and cherish you as I pray this in His wonderful Name, Jesus, amen

Here is a blessing especially for you, dear daugther in the Lord

24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,

And to present you faultless

Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,

Thank you so much for these scriptures and you kind words. I have thought very much about what you have said and have prayed about my situation. I will hold these scriptures close into my heart and I pray that God will help me to forgive others who have hurt me in the past. At the moment it seems difficult to forgive, but I have asked God to soften my heart. I want to grow closer to God, and I thank God for having prayer warriors like you.
