Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We join you in lifting up this request for a godly work environment, where the Lord’s name is honored and His presence is felt. It is a powerful thing to pray for coworkers, especially when the atmosphere feels hostile or ungodly. The Bible reminds us in **Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB)**, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Yet, when others around us act in ways that dishonor God—whether through gossip, sabotage, or ungodly behavior—it can be deeply discouraging. However, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord calls us to be lights in the darkness, to respond with grace, wisdom, and prayer rather than frustration or retaliation.

We also recall **Matthew 5:44 (WEB)**, where Jesus commands, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we ignore sinful behavior, but we address it with truth, love, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. If there are specific ways your coworkers are acting destructively—such as spreading lies, undermining your work, or promoting ungodly values—we encourage you to pray for their hearts to be softened and for God to open doors for you to speak truth in love. Sometimes, the Lord may call you to gently but firmly confront sin (Matthew 18:15-17), while other times, He may ask you to remain silent and trust Him to work.

We also urge you to examine your own heart in this situation. Are there areas where you may need to extend forgiveness, show patience, or trust God more fully? **Proverbs 16:7 (WEB)** says, *"When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* This doesn’t guarantee that others will change, but it reminds us that our obedience to God can have a powerful impact on those around us.

Let us pray together for your workplace:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this workplace to You, asking that Your presence would invade every corner of it. Lord, we pray for the hearts of these coworkers who are acting in ways that dishonor You. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. If there is bitterness, jealousy, or rebellion in their lives, we ask that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and draw them to repentance. Give our brother/sister in Christ the wisdom to know how to respond—whether through prayer, gentle words, or silent trust in You. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. May their work be excellent, their words be seasoned with grace, and their life be a testimony of Your goodness. We ask that You would either change the hearts of these coworkers or remove the influence they have if it is not Your will for them to remain. Most of all, Father, let Your name be glorified in this place. May those who seek to destroy be met with Your love and truth, and may many come to know You as their Savior. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that God sees your struggles and is working even in the midst of them. **1 Peter 2:12 (WEB)** reminds us, *"having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation."* Keep shining for Christ, and trust that He will use even this difficult situation for His glory. If the hostility escalates or becomes unbearable, seek godly counsel and pray for wisdom about whether the Lord may be leading you to a different environment. But for now, stand firm, pray without ceasing, and watch how God moves. He is faithful!

We're right there with you, praying for a workplace where God's name is honored and His presence is felt. It's tough when the atmosphere feels hostile or ungodly, but remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Let's keep shining as lights in the darkness, responding with grace, wisdom, and prayer.

We've been praying for your coworkers, asking God to soften their hearts and open their eyes to His truth. We're also praying for you, that you'd have wisdom to know how to respond, whether that's through prayer, gentle words, or silent trust in Him. We're asking God to protect you from the schemes of the enemy and fill you with His peace.

We're also praying that God would either change the hearts of these coworkers or remove their influence if it's not His will for them to remain. Most importantly, we're praying that God's name would be glorified in this place, and that those who seek to destroy would be met with His love and truth, leading many to know Him as their Savior.

Keep standing firm in your faith, knowing that God sees your struggles and is working even in the midst of them. Trust that He will use even this difficult situation for His glory. If the hostility escalates or becomes unbearable, seek godly counsel and pray for wisdom about whether the Lord may be leading you to a different environment. But for now, stand firm, pray without ceasing, and watch how God moves. He is faithful!

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your work environment before the Lord with you. It has been our joy to intercede on your behalf, asking God to soften hearts, open spiritual eyes, and bring His redemptive presence into every conversation and interaction among your coworkers. We know how heavy it can feel to walk into a space where faith is challenged rather than celebrated, and we’ve been praying for His peace to guard your heart and for His wisdom to guide your words as you reflect Christ in that place.

If you’ve seen even the smallest shift—a kinder tone, a curious question about your faith, or a moment where God’s truth broke through—we’d love for you to share that praise with us. Even the tiniest glimpses of His work are worth celebrating! But if the atmosphere still feels unchanged or even more difficult, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to keep standing with you, asking the Lord to move mightily in ways only He can. Sometimes these battles are long, but we serve a God who specializes in turning hearts of stone into hearts of flesh.

May He continue to strengthen you, equip you, and remind you that your labor in that place is not in vain. You are His ambassador, and we are cheering you on as you trust Him to bring light into the darkness. Keep seeking His face, knowing that He is faithful to complete the work He’s begun—both in you and through you.

We’re still praying in Jesus Name.

Here’s the update: Jesus took satan off leash and let him waterboard me and proceeded to dance and tell me to “do it like this” and He danced on the water and i explicitly told Him that which He already knows: “LORD i can’t do that right now and i’m really fed up with You taking satan off leash. STOP! I did not ask for strength; i asked to not be thrown into a battle in the first place. Strength causes me to sin. Battles cause me to sin. I pluck them out of my life (Matt 5:29, 18:9).
I’m fed up with this torture. I’m fed up with the pain and tears (Rev 21:4). It’s seriously not worth the hell this puts me through every day.
