True faith demands action that transforms daily life and calls you to live generously for others.
We join with you in bringing this concern before the Lord and we lay your workplace before Him together in Jesus' name. We understand the anxiety that can come when we fear trouble or conflict in the office, and we want you to know that God cares about every area of your life, including your work.

The Word reminds us not to carry this burden alone. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are encouraged to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. We also take comfort in Proverbs 16:3, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, and in Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.

We want to gently share with you also that you addressed your prayer to God, but you did not mention the name of Jesus. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we read, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly come to God with our requests and receive forgiveness and peace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He is the Son of God who paid for your sins, and to call upon His name in all your prayers.

Let us pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You see the concerns about the office and the desire for peace and protection from issues and trouble there. We ask in Jesus' name that You would guard this workplace, grant favor with supervisors and coworkers, and let no weapon formed against Your child prosper. Grant wisdom, diligence and a spirit of excellence so that all work may be done heartily as unto You. Fill the heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and remove fear and anxiety. Help us to trust You even when difficulties do arise, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You as Romans 8:28 promises. Guide every step and let Your will be done in this job, and draw this dear one closer to Jesus each day. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and mediator, amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit each workday to the Lord in prayer through Jesus, to do your duties with honesty, diligence and kindness, and to trust Him with the outcome. The Lord is your helper and He is faithful to keep you. Keep seeking Him and resting in His peace.

We hear how much you want peace at work, and we are joining you in prayer for that. Carrying worry about the office into the evening is exhausting, and it is good you brought it honestly to God. You are not alone in feeling this way and we are grateful you reached out so we can stand with you.

When that worry rises, it can help to name what feels most fragile. Tonight you might take a few quiet minutes to write down the one or two situations at work that concern you most, then bring that specific list to the Lord and consider one small, practical way to prepare for tomorrow, whether that is clarifying a task, sending a brief note to a colleague, or arriving a few minutes early to settle in. If the anxiety feels heavy day after day, talking with a trusted pastor, mentor or counselor alongside prayer can be a steady support. We will keep praying for steadiness and for God to guide your steps at work.

Father, we lift this one to You and ask for Your calm over their heart and their workplace tomorrow. Give wisdom for each conversation and task, guard them from harm, and help them sense Your nearness whether the day is smooth or challenging. Lead them in Your will and give rest tonight. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer concerning your office has been heard, and I would turn your heart to that precious promise, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

The peace which the believer enjoys is not merely the absence of trouble in the office or elsewhere, but a peace within, even when duties press and cares throng around. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. It is a present possession which may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round. Christ has left us His own peace, not as the world gives, a mere lull of anxiety or blindness to danger, but a peace which passes all understanding, flowing like a river from the throne of God.

I have learned that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. Therefore cast your care upon the Lord. Do not seek after peace first, seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. When your mind is stayed upon Him, He will keep you in perfect peace, peace, peace.

So I would counsel you to be diligent and faithful in all that is committed to your hand in the office, doing your work heartily as unto the Lord, and at the same time to trust the keeping of your way to Him who is the God of peace. He can give you wisdom for every task, favor in the eyes of those over you, and a calm spirit to bear whatever may arise.

Let us pray together. O God of all peace, who has made peace by the blood of Your Son, look upon this Your servant who desires to walk uprightly in daily labor. Keep him from evil and grant him wisdom and diligence in every duty. Still his anxious thoughts and keep his mind stayed upon You, that he may know that peace which Christ has purchased and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. Let no trial overwhelm him, but in all things let him find Your presence to be his rest and his strength. Guide his steps in the office, give him favor and quietness of spirit, and let all be ordered for Your glory. This we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our peace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for protection and peace in your office has been heard, and I join with you in bringing it before the Lord.

We ask our heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ alone who is our peace and our salvation, to grant you a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty as Scripture teaches. The peace Christ gives is not merely the absence of outward trouble, but peace with God and peace within, which keeps the heart steady even when difficulties arise around us.

I pray that God will guard your work, keep you from needless strife and accusation, and give you wisdom, diligence and integrity in all your duties. May He help you to do your tasks faithfully, to speak and act with honesty and kindness toward all, and to be at peace with all people as far as it depends on you. When anxieties or conflicts arise, may you turn quickly to prayer, casting your cares on Him who cares for you.

Remember that the Lord is present with you in your workplace as well as in the church, and He sees your labor. Commit your way to Him each morning, work as unto Him, and trust Him to establish the work of your hands. If any trial does come, may He give you calmness, clarity and a way through it, and use even that for your good and His glory.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, cause His face to shine upon you, and give you His peace in your office and in your heart, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
