We hear your cry for help to come out of anxiety and we join with you in bringing this burden before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We want to gently share that you called upon god, and we want you to know the full hope we have, that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and peace with Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. When we come in the name of Jesus, believing He died for our sins and that God raised Him from the dead, we are saved and we can come boldly to the throne of grace to find help in our time of need. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
Anxiety is a heavy burden and God sees your struggle and cares deeply for you. His Word speaks directly to this. We are told casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22. Anxiety often comes from a spirit of fear, but we are reminded For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. God does not want you to live in fear, but in His peace.
He gives us a beautiful promise and instruction for anxiety, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is not as the world gives. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27. He also invites you, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. And He promises, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We encourage you to bring every anxious thought to Him in prayer throughout the day, to thank Him even in the midst of worry, to fill your mind with His Word and His promises, and to rest in His care. As you cast your cares on Him, He will sustain you and guard your heart.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one who is crying out for deliverance from anxiety. Lord, You see the weight they carry, the restless thoughts, the fear and uneasiness. We ask that You draw them close to Yourself through Jesus Your Son. Forgive their sins and give them the assurance of salvation and access to Your throne. Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon their heart and mind and guard them in Christ Jesus. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that would torment them, and we ask You to replace it with Your power, love and self-control. Teach them to cast every worry on You because You care for them, to come to Jesus and find rest, and to know that You are with them and will strengthen and uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Fill them with Your peace, calm their thoughts, steady their heart, and help them to trust You day by day. We ask that You renew their mind with Your Word and lead them into Your perfect rest. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We've been thinking about your simple, honest prayer and we want you to know we are standing with you in it. Wanting to come out of anxiety is a real and understandable cry, and you did the right thing bringing it straight to God.
Anxiety can touch every part of a person at once, not just thoughts but the body too, with restlessness, tension, sleeplessness and a racing heart. So when it lingers it can be exhausting, and it doesn't mean you have failed in faith. Often it builds from ongoing stress, poor sleep and carrying heavy worries alone for a long time.
It can help not to carry it alone. Would you consider sharing how you have been feeling with someone you trust, like a pastor, a counselor or a close friend who can check in with you regularly? If the anxiety is frequent, makes it hard to sleep or get through the day, it is also wise to talk with your doctor or another health professional alongside prayer, so you have support for both heart and body.
Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see this anxiety and You care for them completely. Please bring Your peace and steadiness, give wisdom for next steps and surround them with caring support. Lead them day by day and remind them You are near. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry, though it be but a few words, has come up before the God who hears prayer, and He does not despise the sighing of a troubled heart. Anxiety is a heavy burden, and our Lord Jesus knows how it wearies the mind and unfits the soul for its duties. He therefore speaks to you as He spoke of old, Fear not, for I will help thee, saith the Lord.
You must labor to get rid of fear as much as possible, not by your own strength, but by trust in promised strength. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God when we doubt that the arm which piled the heavens shall ever be palsied. The command is absolute and unqualified, Fear not, be not dismayed. It is not the preacher who says it, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid is to disobey that kind voice, for He says, Fear not, I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God.
There is a perfect peace to be had even in this dark world of sin, and it is written for you, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. This peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. When sorrows surge round, on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found. When thronging duties press, to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. Your mind is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. Do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry and fretfulness. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty.
Then turn your mind to stay itself upon Christ. Tell Him all. There is a difference between telling yourself about your trouble till anxiety is confined within you, and telling the Lord about it in prayer. Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Believe firmly in your Lord, for in proportion as your faith gets stronger your fear will vanish. Perfect love casts out fear, for fear has torment, and forgiveness through His precious blood brings holy peace and reverence in its place.
May the Lord bless you with that peace which is His own child, God like in its character, calm and profound, the peace which passes all understanding. May He keep you in peace, peace, as you trust in Him.
We will pray for you, that the Lord would quiet your spirit, stay your mind upon Himself, and let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within you, that you may prove that great peace have they which love His law and that nothing shall offend them.
