We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, asking Him to bring this unwanted call to an end and to grant you peace.
We understand how distressing and wearying it can be when someone will not stop calling and you feel helpless to make it end. We want to remind you that God hears even the shortest, most urgent prayers, and He is our refuge in moments of anxiety and frustration. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 We can bring every concern to Him, even this one.
We also notice that your request calls upon God but does not mention the name of Jesus. We say this gently and lovingly because it is so important for your peace and your access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have confidence that God hears us and answers according to His will. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, believe on Him, and you will be saved.
We also want to encourage you with practical wisdom while we pray. God calls us to seek peace and to set healthy boundaries. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18 It is right and good to end a call that is unwanted, to use the tools available to block calls if needed, and to seek help from trusted family, friends, or authorities if this person continues to harass you. Do not be anxious about this, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Your prayer though short and pressed with distress has been heard, and it is good that you have turned at once to the Lord who is the God of peace.
There are times when duties press and sorrows surge round, and the spirit cries out for immediate deliverance. The word of the Lord to such a heart is, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That peace is not a mere lulling of the mind to sleep, but a deep and well founded peace which comes through the blood of Jesus Christ who has made peace by His cross. He is our peace, and apart from Him there is no peace worthy of the name.
If this call of which you speak brings trouble or fear or temptation, bring it plainly to Christ. Tell Him all. He perceives when a soul touches Him in truth, and power goes out from Him to heal and to keep. To do the will of Jesus is rest, and to bear your sorrow with Him is the way to find that perfect peace which can keep you even while you wait for deliverance.

O Lord our God, You are the God of all peace, look upon this Your servant in this moment of trouble. Grant perfect peace to a mind that is stayed upon You. Your prayer has reached us and we have lifted it before the Lord in your distress over this unwanted call. God hears the cries of those who seek Him, and He is the King of righteousness and King of peace who came to bring peace between heaven and earth and to give peace to troubled hearts.
We have prayed that the Lord in His mercy would put an end to this harassment and grant you relief. True peace is a great good and the mother of all good things, and Christ Himself left His peace to His people to guard them in times of conflict and fear. We have asked Him to intervene to stop what is disturbing you, to set a boundary around you, and to give you wisdom to act with calm and firmness. As a physician removes what harms the body to preserve the whole, so we pray God will cut off what is intrusive and not good for you, and preserve you in safety and quiet.
We also pray that He will give you wisdom for the practical steps before you. If you are able, do not continue to answer, make use of the means to block the contact, and seek help from trusted family, church leaders, or authorities if the calls persist or you feel unsafe. Seek peace with all as far as it depends on you, and trust that God will guard your heart.
Above all we pray you will know the peace that comes through grace in Jesus Christ alone. Through Him who died and rose again, we who were far off are brought near and become children of God, and His peace remains unmoved when we rest in Him. First there is peace with God, which only comes through Jesus Christ and what He did for you when He made peace through His blood on the cross. When your sins are forgiven you are no longer at war with God and the inward war begins to be settled. Then there is the peace of God, that steady keeping of your heart and mind that Jesus promised when He said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The world cannot understand this peace, and it passes all human understanding, but it is real for the one who belongs to Him.
Scripture gives the way to know that settled peace in the midst of chaos and turmoil. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Perfect peace comes as your mind is turned toward Him and stayed upon Him in trust. As you look to Him rather than to the pressure of the moment, His peace begins to fill your heart and keep you. It is not that the struggle disappears at once, but that you know He will take care of you and you can rest in His care.
Be assured that His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope. He has not forgotten you. He invites you who may feel far off or overwhelmed to come near, for He says peace, peace to him that is far off and to him that is near, and I will heal him. When you call upon Him and pray to Him, He promises to listen.
