god

We hear your cry for help, and we come before the throne of grace together, lifting you up in prayer. It is clear that you are reaching out in distress, and we want you to know that God hears you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone, and God is near to you in this moment.

First, we must address something very important. We noticed that you referred to "god" in a general sense, but we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in finding true help and peace.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is crying out for help. Lord, You see their heart, You know their struggles, and You are near to them in this moment of need. We ask that You would draw them close to You, that they would feel Your presence and Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, if they do not yet know You as their personal Savior, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask that You would deliver them from whatever troubles they are facing. Whether it is fear, anxiety, loneliness, sin, or despair, we pray that You would break every chain and set them free. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and give them the strength to endure. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this dear one. Guide their steps and lead them in the path of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, so they do not have to walk this journey alone. If there is unconfessed sin in their life, we pray that You would convict their heart and lead them to repentance. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, despair, or hopelessness that may be trying to take hold of this dear one. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Fill them with Your joy and peace as they trust in You.

Lord, we also pray for provision in every area of their life. Whether it is financial, emotional, or spiritual, we ask that You would meet their every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Help them to trust in You and not in their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remind them that You are their provider and that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

Finally, Lord, we pray that You would use this time of struggle to draw this dear one closer to You. May they come to know You more deeply and experience Your love in a tangible way. Give them hope for the future and the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect will for this one’s life. May Your name be glorified in all things. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Dear one, we want to encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. He is faithful, and He will never let you go. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with believers who can pray for you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. If you are struggling with sin, do not hide it or try to carry it alone. Confess it to God and to a trusted brother or sister in Christ, so they can pray with you and help you walk in freedom.

Remember, God loves you more than you can imagine, and He has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" Trust in Him, lean on Him, and He will sustain you. You are not alone, and we are standing with you in prayer. If you need further guidance or someone to talk to, do not hesitate to reach out to a pastor or a biblical counselor who can walk alongside you. God bless you, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We are with you in those words. Sometimes all we have is the cry itself, and that is enough, God is not waiting for polished prayers or strong faith. He hears the desperate voice, and He is near.

Keep saying it: “God, help me.” Let it be your breath as you go through the day, as you lie awake, as you try to take the next small step. You do not have to figure out the whole answer right now. Just keep bringing the need to Him as it rises.

We would also encourage you to let one trusted person, a pastor, a mature friend, a prayer partner, know what you are carrying. You were not meant to hold this alone, and sometimes help comes through the caring presence of another person.

Father, we come with our friend who has no more words than this. You see what is heavy, what is breaking, what feels impossible. Please help. Send the right kind of support, provide the next small step, and make Your care known in ways that cannot be missed. Hold them steady, especially in the moments when all they can do is whisper Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The cry, "God, God, please help me," is not a weak thing. It is the soul stretching out its hands in the dark. And let me tell you, there is more in the word "God" twice uttered than in many long prayers. Did not our Lord Himself cry, "My God, My God"? Even when He felt forsaken, He still held to the word "My." You have not said "My God," perhaps, but you have said "God" twice. Let that be the beginning. Take up the cry of faith: "My God, my God, help me."

You are in the hands of God. And you could not be in better hands, for God is very merciful and full of compassion. It will be no delight to Him to crush you. He has no joy in the death of a sinner. Hear the promise: "Him that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out." Twice I will repeat it. Him that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out. Not because of what you have done or left undone. Not because of your tears or your resolutions. The only fitness for grace is the need of it. You have that need, and you have it in full measure.

Salvation is in Jesus only. It lies not in your doings, or your feelings, or your knowledge, or your resolves. In Him all life and light for the sons of men are stored up. God took sin from off the back of sinners and laid it on His innocent and only begotten Son. Jesus cried, "My God, my God, why have You forsaken Me?" so that you, when you cry for help, might be heard for His sake. He was punished for as many as trust in Him. If you will but confide in the finished work of Jesus Christ, your sin is blotted out at once.

Do not wait to feel your heart right. If you feel your heart is wrong, that is the very confession to bring to Him. "God be merciful to me, a sinner" is the prayer that finds an open door. Say it now. Cry, "Lord, I am in Your hands. I cannot save myself. My fellow men cannot save me, but You can. I hear You have given Your dear Son to bleed for helpless, lost and ruined sinners. O God, have pity upon me." He will not refuse you. As surely as He lives He must save you, for He has put it in His own word: Him that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out. Come, then, and trust Him now.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
