Jesus Christ has already secured peace for you through His finished work on the cross. He made peace by His blood, reconciling you to God. When you have that peace with God, your sins forgiven and your heart anchored in Him, it changes how you face every challenge. You no longer need to strive in your own strength or fear what might go wrong. He Himself is your peace. Not a feeling that comes and goes, but a relationship that holds steady.
Now, I know it can feel like the work never ends. You put in effort day after day, and sometimes the pile of pressures looks just as high as ever. But God is at work in your life. He began a good work in you, and He will carry it on to completion. The circumstances at your job are not random. He is shaping you, smoothing off rough edges, preparing you for what He wants to do through you. That process can be uncomfortable, but it's necessary. And you can count it all joy, knowing He is faithful.
The way to experience His perfect peace is to keep your mind stayed on Him. When you fix your thoughts on the issues, the personalities, the deadlines, you'll find sleepless nights and inner turmoil. But when you deliberately turn your mind to the Lord, trusting that He will work it all out, His peace that surpasses understanding will guard your heart. Commit each situation to Him in prayer, then rest. He ordains peace for you.
