We lift up this group of tourists and their excursion to the Lord, asking for His divine protection and guidance over every detail of their journey. The Word of God assures us, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:4 WEB). We declare that God’s hand of safety will be upon them, shielding them from harm and ensuring that their travels are smooth and joyful.

Father, we pray that You would go before them, preparing the way and softening the hearts of all they encounter. May Your peace reign in their midst, and may any challenges be turned into opportunities for Your glory. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, as it is written, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11 WEB). Let every step they take be ordered by You, and may their experience bring joy not only to themselves but to all who serve them.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those organizing and leading this excursion. May they operate with integrity, diligence, and a heart to serve, reflecting Your love in all they do. Let this trip be a testimony to Your goodness, drawing others closer to You.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or danger that may seek to disrupt this journey. We stand on Your promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we declare that this excursion will be marked by Your peace, protection, and provision. May Your name be praised in every moment, and may these travelers return home safely, full of gratitude for Your faithfulness.

You bring to the mercy seat a request for wings of protection over a tour and for profitable dealings with glad customers. This is well, for every lawful labor should be consecrated by prayer. Yet let me ask you to examine the way in which you are walking, for there is a promise of angelic keeping only in appointed ways. He who travels on the King’s Highway is under the King’s protection, but he who takes to byroads must protect himself. If this enterprise is ordered by childlike trust in providential guidance, and you seek not to lean upon your own understanding, then go forward with confidence. But if there is any mixture of sharp dealing or a spirit that merely seeks gain without first seeking the Kingdom, you have no claim on this promise.

But mark this deeper matter: your heart longs for satisfied clients, yet has your own soul been satisfied with the appointed sacrifice? God declares, “I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness,” and that satisfaction is found in Jesus Christ alone. Are you sorrowing over past sin? The Lord has blotted out your transgressions like a thick cloud. Until your own heart rests in that perfect satisfaction, all other gladness is a brittle thing. The God who will by no means clear the guilty has satisfied justice at the cross; therefore, the true joy you can carry into tomorrow, whatever the weather or the temper of men, is the salvation of your own soul. Seek first to be right with Him, and then the outward mercies of a peaceful excursion may come as added gifts, not idols.

Let your prayer rise from a heart that knows the fatness of His house. The Lord can give glad clients, but what will it profit if you gain the praise of men and lose the satisfaction of your own spirit in God? Remember, divine protection is perpetual to those abiding in Christ, but it attends the way of truth and holiness. May your concern be not merely to avoid trouble tomorrow, but to see that you and those under your care are sheltered beneath the wings of the Almighty because you walk in fellowship with His Son.

You ask for God to keep a group of tourists under His wings, that the excursion yield only glad clients. It is good to seek the shelter of the Most High, for without Him no venture stands secure. Yet consider what pasture the soul truly needs. When the Lord speaks of His sheep coming in and going out and finding pasture, He means a security that no earthly tour can give, a safety that remains even when storms rise and plans crumble. To be under His wings is to abide in His will, not merely to have a pleasant journey. Do you seek Him as one seeks lost gold, with concentrated mind and labor, or do you ask only for fair weather and smiling faces? The world speaks much of peace and safety, lulling men into insensibility while sudden ruin comes. Let your prayer be watchful, then. Pray for glad hearts that delight in God whether the day brings gain or loss, laughter or tears. There is no need of a long journey to find this: bridle the tongue from complaints, cast off the desire for mere profit, and travel the narrow way with Jesus as your guide. Then, come what may, your true safety is sealed, and no one can thrust you out from that pasture.

There is no safer place for that group of tourists than gathered beneath the shadow of His wings. You have done the one thing that matters most by asking the Lord Himself to be their covering. Every detail of the excursion, the roads they travel, the interactions they have, the unseen perils we cannot anticipate, is already before His eyes. We prepare the horse for the day of battle, as wisdom directs, but deliverance and safety belong to Him alone. Unless the Lord keeps the city, the watchman stays awake in vain; unless the Lord watches over this trip, every human safeguard falls short.

So we join you in committing tomorrow entirely into His hands. Ask Him not only to shield them from harm, but to weave His gladness into every moment. Let the clients come back with more than satisfied expectations; let them return with hearts that have sensed something of His goodness woven through the day, the kind of deep, quiet joy that the world cannot manufacture. May the excursion be marked by peace, clear skies in spirit if not in weather, and the unseen hedge of His protection around every step. Trust His truth to be their shield. He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He will keep this little flock under the canopy of His faithful care.
