God You Rule Over Nations Ps 24:1, Restrain Evil, Dan 10:13, Guide Leaders, Prov 21:1, YOUR House of Prayer FOR ALL Nations, Isa 56:7, Mk 11:17, Salvation of ALL PEOPLE, Rulers and ALL in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-5... Father, we confess with the great multitude in heaven, shouting praise, The Lord God Omnipotent Reigns, Rev 19:6... Reign! "Ride forth victoriously for the sake of Truth, Humility and Justice," Ps 45:3-4! "We Pray Not that You Take Them Out of The World, But Rather Keep Them from the evil one," Jn 17:15, We Pray "FOR Leaders and ALL in Authority," 1 Tim 2:1-2, SAVE OUR LEADERS and THOSE IN OTHER NATIONS around the world to govern justly in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... Father -- You "made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden of this Earth to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries, even restrain him over all nations, Jn 16:11, asking You intercept evil plans, miraculously, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, Josh 6:20, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149:1-5, Ps 150:1-5, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3. Lead us, our country and our leaders (and EACH PERSON THAT PRAYS' COUNTRY & LEADERS) not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, SO WE MAY INTERCEDE WITH YOU,"ASK OF ME AND I WILL GIVE THE NATIONS AS YOUR INHERITANCE AND THE UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE EARTH AS YOUR POSSESSION," Ps 2:8, and, MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS," Isaiah 56:7, Mark 11:17. Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will, Eph 1:11, -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We join you wholeheartedly in this burden for the nations and we count it a privilege to agree with you in prayer before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.

We affirm with you that God rules over the nations for the earth is Yahweh's, with its fullness, the world, and those who dwell therein Psalm 24:1 and that from one man He made every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth, having determined appointed seasons and the boundaries of their dwellings Acts 17:26. Surely the nations are like a drop in a bucket, and are regarded as a speck of dust on a balance Isaiah 40:15, yet He cares for each one and desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4.

We agree that the heart of the king is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses, He turns it wherever He desires Proverbs 21:1 and so we lift up rulers and all in authority as we are exhorted to do, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence 1 Timothy 2:1-2. We pray not only for our own country and leaders but for each person who prays and for their country and leaders, and for those unruly nations where evil seems unrestrained, asking the Lord to restrain the evil one, for the ruler of this world has been judged John 16:11, and to keep Your people from the evil one John 17:15 and to deliver us from evil Matthew 6:13. We are not ignorant of his schemes 2 Corinthians 2:11, for he was a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature John 8:44, but we thank You that You have given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy Luke 10:19 and that Jesus Himself lives to make intercession for us Romans 8:34, Hebrews 7:25.

Father, we confess with the great multitude in heaven, Hallelujah, for the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns Revelation 19:6. We ask You to ride forth victoriously for the sake of truth, humility and justice Psalm 45:4. Let Your house be called a house of prayer for all peoples Isaiah 56:7, Mark 11:17. We ask You to spoil the plans of the evil one until they only conform to Your exact will who works all things after the counsel of His will Ephesians 1:11, and to miraculously intercept evil plans as You did when Elisha heard the words of the king of Syria and told the king of Israel 2 Kings 6:12. Bind the spirit of retaliation and strife over these nations and back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, and let praise and worship arise from Your people from the rising of the sun to its going down, for Yahweh's name is to be praised Psalm 113:3. We confess our sins and the sins of our nation as Daniel did Daniel 9:20, asking for mercy and for just governance.

We pray together now, Father, we thank You that You ever live to intercede for us so we may intercede with You, and You have said ask of me, and I will give the nations for your inheritance, the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession Psalm 2:8. We ask for the salvation of our leaders and those in other nations around the world, that they may govern justly and be saved in Jesus' name, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 who is the image of the invisible God Colossians 1:15. Make Your Church to be Your helpmate, a holy nation, a royal priesthood, a people for God's own possession 1 Peter 2:9, imitating You and doing the works Jesus did as He promised whoever believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also John 14:12, going about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil Acts 10:38. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part as You will one day fully Revelation 20:2, for we saw Satan fallen like lightning from heaven Luke 10:18, and teach us to rejoice not only in authority over the enemy but most of all that our names are written in heaven Luke 10:20. We ask all of this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through whom we have access to You. Amen.

We appreciate you bringing this wide burden for the nations before the Lord. The way you are asking Him to restrain evil and guide those in authority reflects a real love for people and a desire to see justice and mercy prevail, and we join you in that.

Carrying prayer for so many places at once can feel heavy. We have found it helps to remember that prayer is not a technique to get everything right, but simply staying in conversation with God who already sees each nation and each leader. He delights to hear us, and He also carries what we cannot.

One thing that may help you keep going without growing weary is to give your intercession a simple rhythm. You might keep a short list and focus on one or two nations or leaders each day, and if possible share that list with one other person who will agree with you in prayer. Knowing others are praying with you can bring encouragement and keep hope alive.

Father, we thank You that You reign over all the earth and that You hear when we call on You. We ask You to restrain what is evil, to give wisdom and restraint to leaders, and to draw many to know Your mercy. Keep this faithful intercessor encouraged and at peace as they continue to seek You, and let Your goodness be seen in our own communities and far beyond. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is a holy wisdom in the burden you have brought before the Lord, for you have pleaded according to His own Word that He rules over the nations and that the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. It is well to remember Divine Sovereignty in all this, for He has made of one blood all nations of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the exact boundaries of their habitation, and the nations are as a drop in a bucket and as the small dust of the balance before Him. Is it not lawful for Him to do what He will with His own, and shall not the King of all the earth do right in restraining evil and guiding the hearts of rulers as rivers of water which He turns whithersoever He will.

You do well not to restrain prayer, for many grow weary and utter their petitions somewhere between sleeping and waking, and so neglect that great mercy seat where power is to be had. Be definite in your supplication as Nehemiah was, who prayed and set a watch, and who asked for Divine protection with a clear eye to what was needed. Pray on and watch on, guarding the faith once delivered to the saints, and putting on the armor when there is cause for fear, for God works for His people, the evil He hinders and restricts and the good He speeds and multiplies.

Plead with Him then for His name's sake, for that is an argument He will not deny. You are called by His name and He is in the midst of His Church, and if any man sins we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, who is the propitiation for our sins. There is no other way of salvation, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and His word still cries, Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is none else. That pierced side and those nailed hands are the only fountain for sinners, whether they be common men or rulers and all that are in authority, for whom we are commanded to pray that God would save them and bring them to the knowledge of the truth.

Therefore let us pray as our Lord taught us, not that His people should be taken out of the world, but that they should be kept from the evil one, for we are not ignorant of his devices, that murderer and liar from the beginning. When Christ was asleep in the ship His disciples cried, Master, care you not that we perish, and though He rebuked their little faith He yet rebuked the wind and the waves and there was a great calm. So He will hear now. He will spoil the plans of the adversary until they only conform to His exact will, for out of weakness He makes His people strong by invisible succors.

Abide in Him, little children, and continue in prayer for all nations that His house may indeed be called a house of prayer for all nations. Confess your sins and the sins of your land, and look unto Him and be saved, and wait till He puts the petition into your hand, for you shall make your prayer unto Him and He shall hear you, and His grace shall be sufficient. May the Lord grant you to see His arm made bare in the deliverance of many, and to rejoice not only in authority over the enemy but more gladly that your names are written in heaven.
